The suites are large and updated with beautiful views of the water. The concierge, Michele, was wonderful. I cannot say enough about how helpful the hotel was in booking transportation and restaurant reservations. Everything during our stay was seamless.

Top class hotel in a top class island. The staff were very attentive and this place is gorgeous from every angle. If you are going to splurge, do it here. We hated leaving. Also book a reservation at the upscale restaurant on the top- best views anyone could ask for. They also helped us book a private boat ride (300-400 euro range) for 3 hours around the island that was the highlight of our trip. On arrival, they arrange a porter to pick your luggage up at the dock, and get you a ticket to the funicular (tram) up the hill. From there it’s a 15 minute walk where you will pass every luxury store you can think of before you make it to the secluded street the hotel is on. Book this place for a luxurious experience

I can’t complain. The walk was a little long to get there but it’s because you’re walking to one of the best views on the island. Worth it

Villa Brunella's location is one of the most spectacularly beautiful places on this earth. It is also peacefully relaxing, thanks to the car free walking paths with cobblestone walls cascading with bougainvillea or shade trees at welcome points along the way. Our room generously focused on the view with a spacious deck and comfortable lounge chairs, plus floor to ceiling windows of their fabulous sea view. The room was decorated with the finest furniture and our bed had the most luxurious Pedersoli sheets. The staff was very caring and careful about my food allergies. The service was genuinely friendly and reliably excellent. They gave extra special assistance with collecting and delivering our luggage, plus arranging for our funicular tickets, to facilitate our arrival and departure. After 5 weeks in Italy, Villa Brunella is the one place where we most wish to return.

Every morning our breakfast was delightful & the gentlemen at the pool restaurant were so sweet, OUTSTANDING SERVICE, especially PePe and Francisco!!!! Dinners at the L'Agave were FANTASTIC! The reception staff exceptional, professional and friendly!!!! Most gorgeous view, loved the location and spotlessly maintained!! Gorgeous Gardens with Lemon Trees everywhere!!!

The villa was amazing, it had fascinating view from the balcony, the restaurant served delicious food and the staff are the best! They are very friendly, helpful, you can ask them millions of questions and still they answer you with a smile. They guide you in your trip and give very good suggestions on where to go and where to eat.

Great Hotel. Perfect location very near to main street with all stores and main square. Great staff , good amenities and bed to die for ( so comfortable) Room was big with cute small terrace outside. Great restaurant and views were breathtaking.

Only the minus is a breakfast. Very small variety of everything. Consider to have light bite of bread cheese and egg.

Room was spacious with an outdoor patio, equally spacious with a wonderful view. The service and and staff at the front desk were very helpful. they helped organize a boat tour as well as transfer of our luggage from the ferry up to the resort and back and it was flawless. This was a huge convenience given the distance from the ferry up to the hotel. we only wish that we had stayed more than one night as it’s probably the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in.

The location of the Hotel was fantastic, very quiet as it is on the South side of the Island. Our room was excellent with views of the South bay of Capri from a very large balcony which was fully equipped with sun loungers and table and chairs. The bathroom was a little tired but o/k and the towels were changed twice a day. Breakfast was in the restaurant by the pool with excellent service and a full range of food available. Very friendly staff.

The restaurant was on the top level of the Hotel with fantastic views over the bay. On our first night we ate in the restaurant, we only had one serious complaint in that we could not see anything. The room was so dark we had to use our torch's on our phone's to read the menus and we could not see what we were eating. The reason for the dark room was that they had all the windows open, only half of them had fly screens on and they didn't want the Mosquitos coming in.

Excellent, hard to beat views from the room, reception, and pool/sunning area. Service was fantastic, we felt very taken care of by the front desk and pool staff. The rooms were kept clean, the beds and couch comfortable. Food from both the restaurant and the pool bar were incredibly delicious! The garden is lovely for a small stroll through.

Those with mobility issues should be aware. It's a bit of a trek to get to Villa Brunella and the beautiful view it commands. Once there, there are unavoidable steps to reach reception and some parts of the hotel, although some parts are accessible with elevator.
