Very conveniently located if you want to visit Venise "sur la mer". Great, great staff. They are willing to explain you everything you need to know about your visit - with a smile, even if they must repeat the same thing thousand times a day. We had a little problem with the air conditioning - at around 11h00pm, and even then, the staff was happy to help. We had a room for 3 people, very large room for European standards, and a very large bathroom, that was more than expected. Price was a bit low, so we were expecting something less than what we've got, we loved the breakfast (only 5 euros I believe) and as I said, very conveniently located. Definitively, we'll be back - since we enjoyed so much Venise! :)

Location was great for us. Easy to find and close to the local attractions. The dinner was great, and the breakfast also. Recommend it for families!
We saw some broken windows, perhaps from a hail storm. But, was only visual as they are double glazed. They gave us another room so we were happy with the service.

Very good quality of the hotel with very friendly and helpful personnel. the restaurant in the same building serves very good food, also with very friendly people. it feels more like four stars than three.
When my car broke down I would have stayed longer if it had had a pool 😎 but with a car it’s great for visiting all the car museums.

I appreciated the 5 of us were able to stay in one room with enough beds.
The staff in the dining room for breakfast were not the most talkative?? It didn't feel welcoming....
