This was a lovely hotel. I'm a bit of a clean freak and this met my usually unreasonably high hygiene standards. I highly recommend this hotel! The staff were really friendly the gentleman behind the reception desk was very welcoming on my arrival. I stumbled on this hotel by accident. I was driving to Milan, and I became too tired to continue driving. I chose this hotel purely based on the location of where I was - it was a great find!

This is a large well run hotel with quirky modern aesthetics and comfortable beds. The room was well appointed and very clean. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. Beds are VERY comfortable. There is parking at the back.

RMH Modena Des Arts is a 15 minute drive from Modena (though listed as 'Modena'). The room was quite small and configured so that the two beds were right next to each other. This is probably great for a couple but a little less good for two friends (one of whom snores). Also, my travel companion was annoyed that there is no free drinking water; only for purchase in the in-room fridge.

The junior suite was clean and spacious, and even the sofa bed was big and comfortable. The reception staff was helpful and kind in every possible way. Breakfast was good and offered a decent variety of food and drinks. The cleaning staff did their job very well at all times.

I would have appreciated a bigger variety of cold cuts and cheeses at breakfast. The hall and the lounge were freezing cold, although the temperature in my room was pleasant.

quite a nice hotel in less attractive surroundings, a couple of kilometers from the motorway and about 7 km from the city center. so it is easy to reach. very friendly staff, good restaurant (a little pricy), rooms are up to standard, nice lounge with some inspirational furniture , parking is easy and has a lot capacity

some equipment needs a make over, e.g. some heavy spots on the bathroom ceiling, restaurant is one big hall and when occupied by a large party, it is impossible to have a conversation with the person next to you due to heavy noise. very, very disturbing and far from being able to enjoy the well cooked meal, ( very much in contrast to the day before when the restaurant was occupied by ordinary guests); access to city by car takes a good 15 minutes depending on traffic

I booked on behalf of family and did not travel myself, but the ratings are in accordance with the feedback. My family was especially impressed by the very friendly staff - and fluent English. A very convenient location, especially if you want to visit the luxury carmakers (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Pagani) nearby!

No criticism was reported back to me! All good.

Both room size and choice of toiletries as well as breakfast exceeded our expectations. What is more, there were plenty of parking lots to park and move around luggage quickly.

Parking lots were aplenty for good reason. You do need a car to get close(r) to the city center. But then again, that makes it less pricey most likely.

I loved the receptionists especially Fabbiana and Francesca I'm very grateful for what they did to help me by contacting labs or I would have missed my flight, they went over and beyond to help us and this is what I like in hotels, making people feel special. Much love from Palestine.

The price is very expensive for the facilities. It said online there is a spa and turkish bath, we paid accordingly but we were surprised that they were off and it didn't say that. Also, they don't refill the room everyday with coffee, tea, soaps, shampoos..etc. Last thing is the staff in the restaurant need to learn to smile.

OK; if you’re after a modern, corporate style hotel this is perfect. A bit of a drive to both Maranello and Modena.

very modern structure and the interior design was luxurious. The staff were welcoming and always with a smile. Room cleaned even without asking which was nice. enough space in the room and loved the bathroom being restocked when cleaned.
