We liked the generous breakfast and the modern style room. The stay also included an awesome outdoor pool.

We were a bit concerned about the safety of the nearby areas around the stay. It seems not safe at all. My wife heard a shoot of a gun in the late the night and we observed a lot of immigrants walking on the edge of the main road screaming and making weird gestures. The outdoor pool has a freaky cold water 22-24 celsius degrees where outside was 35-40 celsius degrees. Please heater a little the pool water!

This property worked wonderfully for our large family and the hotel was very accommodating to ensure our two rooms were located next to each other. Any family traveling with young kids should love the opportunity to get to swim in the pool. it’s- wish we would have know. about the swim cap rule prior to.

we had a suit- but an order to use anything in there you had to pay another fee. This would have been helpful to know before hand.

Stayed here for just one night but we had more than a pleasant stay. The hotel is close both to Modena and Maranello, everything is easily accessible by car. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. It is served in a restaurant next to the hotel (different buildings) and there were many choices. The girls at the front desk were friendly and helpful and we would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Walls are a bit thin

- Good location. Location between Modena, Parma and Bologna, which was perfect. - Nice big rooms. Bigger than aspected. - Sofabed was okay, could be better. - Fine restaurant and swimming pools. - Staff were kind and helpful. - Dog friendly and always a parking spot on the property.

Spacious mini apartment with own garden, very clean, helpful staff, beautiful swimming pools, well equipped play room for all ages, varied breakfast, delicious restaurant, free parking, 10/15 min drive into Modena or Ferrari Museum. Perfect spot for families, will visit again!

location- perfect for roadtrips around the area, easy to get to most attractions without highways (so no tolls). away from the city noise (you'll hear only birds) breakfast- classic scrambled eggs, bacon, cold cuts, but the most diverse sweets selection i've ever had at a hotel (must try the self serve pancakes)

If you are traveling with pets, this place is brilliant. A little, secure garden made all the difference. It was a one night stay on our way to our final destination in Italy and met all our needs. Convenient if you are in the area to visit the Lamborghini or Ferrari museums close by.

Spacious room, immaculately clean, fabulous breakfast, great water pressure in the shower. Front desk was helpful with requests.

Lamps were not plugged in + no power outlets nearby. Toilet flush super loud. Poor noise insulation (could hear people shouting outside at 7.30am) Very few Parking spaces in front of the rooms (consider giving priority to families with young children and people with. mobility issues) - all were taken by the time we arrived, and the extra parking slots were at least 50metres away (not negligible in poor weather + carrying young kids and luggage).

We made a stop in this Hotel and we stayed there only two nights with our dog, it was in the high season and was hot over 44 degrees, it means the Pool site was full. I was not so nice. The Hotel is clean, the personal super friendly. Food in the restaurant is okay. I think a bit expensive. We went by car to Modena a nice City. There is nothing to complain - We enjoy our stay.

The restaurant was excellent with superb staff and good food, well prepared for dinner and breakfast, The reception staff were exceptional in welcoming and advising guests and running the bar. Hotel rooms are well equipped and comfortable.
