Conveniently nestled in the heart of the city, just a stone’s throw from local amenities and charming pubs. This delightful retreat offers tastefully decorated, combining classic touches with modern comforts. Each room features a cozy, inviting bed, a spotless en-suite bathroom, and free Wi-Fi that's reliable and fast. Despite its central location, the room was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. Each morning we were greeted with freshly baked cornetti . The proximity to local pubs and eateries meant that we had a plethora of dining options just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the local nightlife without having to worry about transportation.

We stayed for 2 nights and when we came inside, we were presented with a very pleasant scent and a very organised, clean, spacious room. The staff included a few things, such as: two packs of ear plugs, two water bottles inside a mini fridge inside the room, two soaps, etc. A shaving kit was also included! The bathroom was friendly for everyone, including disabled people. Also, when all doors and windows are closed, you can barely even hear anything from the outside. Besides this, the staff were all very friendly and patient with us. They guided us through the process and gave us all the details needed. The room was huge, all things considered. Excellent amenities, fridge, kitchen, kettle, washer, air conditioning, reliable wifi. Bed was comfortable, the room was nicely furnished, and at walking distance from most locations.

I loved the key system, but I had trouble one night using my data plan to open the outside door, as internet wasn’t connecting. It was a bit stressful when a stranger decided to start engaging me at that moment, and I wasn’t able to get in. I had to text the link to a friend to be able to have them open it at a distance to get in safely.

Great location near to the station, supermarket and some nice restaurants. It was very easy to access the flat, we have received all information in advance and even earlier self check-in was available. There is a storage option for the lagguages as well in case someone would stay in the city after check out. The flat is well equipped and was very clean, thanks to the daily clean-up. We would come back any time.

The street is noisy, but there are earplugs provided by the host.

The experience was very pleasant. The host is pretty, he recomand me rental cars, restaurants, company to go to Etna at better prices and the guides are very friendly. He/she will respond and help you with everything that you need. The location is excellent, near city center and the most important breakfast to eat, Agatha Cafe which has an excellent breakfast for big guys like me and also for slim people 😁 The location has arround a lot restaurants and markets.

- We liked the location, 5-10 minutes walk from main restaurants and bars area and also 10-15 minutes from train and central bus station. You could not rely on local buses to get there. Chose the pedestrian option on your Google maps guide. - Another plus is that we were provided with vouchers for breakfast at some bars close to the location , tipical Italian breakfast, but for us was more than enough ( we were 3 girls), coffee and pastry of your choice, very consistent and tasty ones. Moreover, in the room we had expresso capsules for each morning and I have to say we enjoyed that coffee alot, very good quality. - Whenever we had questions we were very promptly answered by the host, Diletta. Thank you, also for the little candies in the comon area. They were a delight for us, with so many options to choose from 🤩, when leaving in the morning for a long walking - exploring day!

Noisy in the evening till late in the night because of proximity to the street and restaurants (and very vivid motorbike traffic), but you are provided with ear plugs for sleep. For me, personally, it wasn't a problem to fall asleep, especially walking so much during the day, but if you are a light sleeper, you should have this in mind. Also, there is a slight bad smell when entering the room, which, we guessed, is due to the old building and maybe sewage system, but the room and bathroom were in very clean condition. After keeping the windows open is not sensing anymore.

Very easy entry system (but you do need your phone) and it felt very secure. Private bathroom was nice with a good powerful shower. Large and very comfy bed, with great air con. Very near nice cafes, restaurants and bars. Communication from the host was good and I was able to leave bags after checkout. Great value for money.

Great location close to all main attractions. Comfortable room with everything you would need for a trip away. The air conditioning was a great relief from the heat while we were in Catania. Great communication from host who checked in every few days to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely return again.

The buzzer for the door entry was a little noisy on occasion late at night and early in the morning but wouldn’t put us off using the accommodation again.

Diletta was very helpful and sent us all the details on how to get into the building from the airport which was very helpful as our flight landed late into Sicily. We felt very safe in the hotel. She continued to check in on us and provide help where needed. The room was very clean upon arrival and was cleaned daily, it was a good size for the price and the amenities was great. The location was central, Sicily itself was a bit flawed due to the rubbish left on the street The breakfast was in a separate cafe which was a 2 minute walk away. Not really an issue as it made you leave the hotel. The cafe (cafe nuts) were lovely people and accommodating to our requests

Limited breakfast, a pastry and drink but to be honest that is standard for continental so happy with what it was Sometimes the rubbish from the cleaner was left in the lobby of the hotel which was unfortunate

The host is a wonderful person! On the way from the airport to the house my phone was stolen, so I lost the directions to find them. The contact person guided us through the phone in the middle of the night, was extremely helpful and understanding. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! The accommodation is in a good location, in the city centre! Breakfast was just over the road and included wonderful pastries!
