The place is fantastic, very well decorated with high ceilings and a lovely balcony with flowers. The room is beautiful, there's a lot of space and the bed is super comfy. The common area is very well organized and the whole place was amazing. The location was perfect. It's super close to the main shopping street, Villa Bellini, and a lovely street with restaurants where we had the best meals during our stay, the famous Pasticceria Savia is located on the corner and is a lovely choice for breakfast or sweets, and the Alibus stop from the airport is super close as well. All of the major sights are within walking distance and we were extremely happy we stayed there.

Wonderful place . 2 beautiful rooms in Italian style, 2 large beds, bathroom, large mirrors, 2 balconies, well-stocked kitchen. cleaned every day, wifi. close to everything because the hotel is in the center. Breakfast opposite in a great bakery. everything fresh and very tasty. just around the corner you can go to the market every day where there are fantastic fruits, vegetables, fish, seafood, clothes. great bus connection to the airport (stop just around the corner, 4 € /90min), it took us 25 minutes to get to the airport. The owner sent us all the information we needed (points of interest, access to/from the airport, restaurants, etc. everything we needed). a few steps and you are in a super narrow street with restaurants where you can eat deliciously. mega pasta, calzone, pizza,brudchetta etc. I highly recommend this hotel, everything met our expectations.

Loved the room with its four-poster bed and high ceilings. Spacious room with private ensuite. Cute little balcony. Great location and so close to the Alibus airport bus. I would recommend this as a means of getting to and from the airport for only 4EUR each way. The locker system worked great so I could store my bag after checkout and come back with my own set of keys and let myself in to reclaim my bag. Genius idea which gives guests freedom without having to work out exactly what time to come back to meet someone to collect baggage. The location is just a short walk to the main street that takes you straight to the central piazza. Lots of food options close by too. I would highly recommend staying here.

Only issue is the drainage of water from the sink and the shower, as it doesn't empty in a timely manner.

Big room, comfortable bed, good insulation- kept the street noise outside. We had really good sleep Central, quick access to bus to airport, small walk to central station-15 min max. Funcky/vintage decorations. Feels like a family house. They have lockers for luggage and also, they did early check in for us, as the room was ready - much appreciated as the rain was terrible. Basic cooking facilities. They have coffee, drinks for small price in the comunal area If back in Catania we would choose again.

Shower small and needs a deep cleaning- as the bottom of the doors get that yellowish colour. A small moka would have been nice ij the room, but in same time, we had the lavazza in the comunal area.

The property is gorgeous, a very classical building in a great location! You do have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to the boutique so this may not be suitable for everyone but was fine for us. The hosts were very friendly with great communication (they messaged us before we even landed in Sicily to ensure we knew how to get to the property!)

The aircon in our room stopped working at night however when we reported it they said they would fix it

quirky design of the room. the location couldn’t have been more perfect, just a few metres away from via Etnea. didn’t meet the host, but communication was swift and friendly. there were 2 different kinds of pillows which I appreciated, this was probably my most comfy night in Sicily. Breakfast is in a small cafe just opposite, you can choose any drink and from a variety of pastries.

in case you are a light sleeper, you might struggle with the noise level of the street.

This is a great spot for the location, you're really central and it's only a short walk to some really great restaurants (Via Santa Filomena) and shops (Via Etnea - which takes you straight down to the Duomo square). There's no breakfast offered on site as there are no employees on site all the time but there is a great cafe across the street. There's also a central kitchen that works on an honesty jar and they have a coffee machine and a fridge with water/beer/prosecco in it all the time. Really cute room, would definitely book again.

The room is very nice and we totally recommend you to book a stay to this place. There was a self service kitchen. Even though the room is located at one of the biggest roads of the city, it was very quiet due to the soundproof windows. It is also located close to very good restaurants and bars, at a safe and friendly area. The room was nice, cosy and super clean! We will definitely visit you to our next trip to Catania!

I had not had experience with European or Sicilian B&Bs. I had read the reviews but surprised that it is more or less a bedroom with en suite bathroom but then a communal living room and kitchen. I had no issue nor did I run into other B&B guests. I had no issues with the lockbox “let yourself in” check-in. Overall comfy and quaint. I liked having drinks available for purchase on the “honesty” system since it was a hot day and I wasn’t able to stop and get anything to drink on the way to the B&B. great location. had minor problem with the light and AC when I arrived however it was addressed quickly by staff. My only negative is that I couldn’t find a way to get the motion lights to stay on for the stairway to the unit so used my phone flashlight in the evening hours of entry or exit for the unit. Overall very happy with my stay.

Great location in the center. The building is on a main street but it has good windows so the noise is not noticeable. Lovely home with private rooms and shared spaces as kitchen and living room. Very homey. The kitchen was packed with basic smacks , drinks, coffee which is very convenient if you need anything during the stay and for some reason you can't go to a store. The communication also went great with detailed information about everything. We rented the car service for the airport which was very useful to have it as an option and easy to organize. if you are with a car, there is usually parking on the main street (free from 20:30 until 8:00 on blue zones). The surrounding streets are also an option if there isn't on the main street.
