What a beautiful hotel, much nicer than I even expected. It’s brand new and we were honoured to be among the first guests, we checked in 8 days after the official opening! The rooms were very tastefully decorated and the bathrooms were AMAZING! So much marble and so modern! Loved the lit mirror in the room. The bed was so comfortable, I didn’t want to check out!! The only feedback we have is that there should be some towel hooks in the bathrooms, and perhaps a soap dish for the bathrooms with bowls. We booked 4 rooms and each was uniquely decorated with bathrooms a bit different. One only had a large marble tub and no walk-in shower, tub may be a bit awkward. Breakfast was excellent, great service, quality and selection. Location was great, within short walk to the Duomo Piazza. Thank you for making our stay in Catania very special! The staff was amazing. Congratulations on opening this beautiful hotel.

Bathrooms could use towel hooks; soap dishes where there’s a bowl and no counter. How do you close the blinds between bathroom and room? Why is there glass with blinds between shower and room? We thought that was unnecessary … a solid wall would have been better. Not a dislike, just feedback

We only stayed one night but were pleased by the hotel which appeared to have been newly refurbished throughout.

At the time of our visit the square in front of the hotel was undergoing reconstruction which was unattractive. Car access to the hotel is difficult due to narrow one way streets and parking nearby is limited.

Good location, room facilities excellent, new hotel, staff friendly and helpful

No private function rooms. We had stayed here before and it was great. This time a very different experience. Due to private birthday function on the night of our stay, as hotel guests we were excluded from common hotel facilities like outside dinner dining, sit up lobby bar and rooftop bar/terrace for most of the evening. Not great when guests are expected to forgo normal common facilities in a boutique hotel and compete for staff services attention. However the situation was handled as best as possible in the circumstances but std hotel guests took second priority.

Just perfect! We came on the spot because our B&B appeared to be awful. So we switched and were happy with that. The reception was big, the room had brand new renovation, was clean and modern. There was a greeting card on the table, glass bottled water and traditional cookies on the pillows. The room had everything we needed: slippers, robes, all hygienic staff you can ever need. The hotel had a partnership with (or included) spa. We had no time to go there, but the prices were really good. The breakfast was more like in Florence and it was the best cuisine we managed to try on Sicily. The next day my friend left early in the morning, and I had my flight in the evening. So I left my luggage on the reception and went to the excursion to Etna in the first half of the day. When I came back i was not sure what to do. I wanted to swim, but I couldn't take a shower after. The receptionist gave me a voucher for the free entrance for Lido and told me they have jacuzzi pool on the roof, and I can rest there and have a shower after. I followed their plan and it was great. When it was time to leave I ordered prosecco and they gave me antipasto (snacks). Actually one of the snacks was a bowl of pasta and a lot of staff in addition. For me it was a dinner))) P.S. When we called to the reception at night and asked for water, the guy looked like a butler from movie "Home alone 2"=) And all the staff were nice, clean, uniformed and polite.

Modern hotel, well located to see the sites of the city. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast Buffett was good. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with a steam bath, but like in most hotels these days no place to hang things. We enjoyed our 2 meals in the hotel restaurant, high end food.

A couple of comments: 1) we could hear a motor/generator in our room (214) at night which was distracting and woke us up. We informed the front desk but nothin happened. and 2) the coat hangers in the closet were those that you would find in a low end hotel, the ones that hook on, not the regular coat hangers.

We only stayed in Catania one night and this hotel was a convenient walk to many of the main attractions of the city. The room was good sized with a chaise lounge, clean and somewhat contemporary with small balcony overlooking a square being renovated into a park. Staff was ultra helpful and there was a fantastic rooftop bar and snacks (with a large hot tub). We left too early for breakfast although they offered to put some out for us. There is a 24 hr reception, convenient with a 4:30 am taxi pick-up.

It was a little pricey but still a better value than other hotels in the area.

Lovely and sweet little hotel, probably the best in Catania. Reception kind, efficient and ready to serve. We had a room with a little terrace overlooking the inner courtyard, where breakfast was served. Which was rich and diversified. Quiet and comfortable, this hotel offers truly exceptional starting point to visit all the main attractions in Catania.

Dining in elegant hotels frequently shows chefs intention to be remembered as one serving very refined food. Preparing complicated food is not the best way to this objective.

Great location as it is walking distance to the centre of town but in a quiet location. The hotel was extremely comfortable and had a great roof terrace. Breakfast was good with a nice selection on the buffet. I don’t understand why the restaurant in the evening wasn’t busier, we had a lovely meal in there and the dishes were very inventive and different from the multiple restaurants in town which serve the same old things.
