no tea or coffee machine or kettle in the room . . not allowed to bring in own food or drink from outside . personal use of the mini bar is not allowed either .

Clean, friendly and good location

Not enough storage in bedrooms. Needed a chest of drawers or something to store clothes. Also would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facility in bedrooms.

A last minute change of destination due to cancelled flights led us to Cefalu and wow did we find a perfect hotel to stay at! The location was perfect on a stunning beach with a lovely and free beach area. The rooms was stylish and very comfortable, really caring and friendly staff and a small but not busy pool. The breakfast was fantastic with excellent coffee and incredible views from the roof. The evening had a buzz around the area with a bar outside our balcony but we loved the atmosphere and our whole stay in wonderful Cefalu. A perfect hotel with minutes to the sea and a light stroll into the gorgeous town!

A walk across the road and you on the promenade and beach. Which is very very busy and split between private areas where you pay for sun loungers and parasols and areas where you take your own. The sister hotel to the Victoria Palace is Cefalu Sea Place Hotel is 70 meters down the road and offers free use of their private beach, sun loungers etc.. Breakfasts are good and offer a wide range of cooked and continental and eaten on the roof top restaurant. We had a lovely dinner at the Sea Palace , again a lovely roof top restaurant with great views. Both these hotels are about seven to ten minutes walk into the very busy town, so lovely to get back to quiet. The rooms were very quiet, we stayed on the ground floor so we’re pleasantly surprised not to hear people walking above us. Very helpful and friendly staff. There is a road level bar and cafe in the hotel and a seating area to the side between the road and the swimming pool. Cefalu is definitely a beach and swimming pool destination and therefore is hugely popular and very busy.

Everything was fine.

Hotel is on a perfect location - a few meters from nearest public beach, close to a private beach (with sunbeds and umbrellas and towels we've got as hotel guests), and a short walk to old city center. Parking garage entry is easy to find (it's in the Hotel, but entrance is on the other side of the building). Pool is excellent and spacious. Breakfast is quite good and served on top floor with excellent view on a whole Cefalu Bay. We've got a double room with a sea view, which was unexpected! :) Staff is totally friendly and helpful.

Small things: Bathroom could be improved (aeration), cattle for coffe and tea is necessity.

This hotel is fabulous, clean and in a perfect location across the road from the beach. They supply free beach towels to use on the free sun loungers with parasols which are available on a stretch of beach they share with their sister hotel Sea Palace. The hotel is just a short walk from the many restaurants and bars of Cefalu. There is a fabulous rooftop area when breakfast is served, there is a good selection available to suit every taste. I enjoyed delicious crepes daily. The staff are all very friendly and helpful

Unfortunately due to Covid evening meals weren’t available but could be booked in their sister hotel a short walk away but there was a bar with snacks, cakes and ice-cream available

Location and the overall standard of the facilities were as expected. the pool area was very good and the sea view.

The some insane reason a stupid little kiosk across the road was allowed to play ridiculously loud music until 2 to 3 in the morning nearly every night. Don't these kids ever sleep!!! The hotel seemed powerless to do anything about it and that alone would prevent us going back. The other let down was the bar waiter service or total lack of it. They were more interested in larking around than serving you. Most evenings it was best to go up to the bar area and ask for drinks yourself otherwise you could just sit there all evening.

Great location for the beach and old town. Fabulous rooftop terrace and breakfast room. Good choice at breakfast. Lovely views from the room. Great cafe downstairs with lively food at really affordable prices. Savouries, cakes and ice creams. Great atmosphere ..lots of locals come in. Great sized balcony Small swimming pool but made private with a hedge. Towels provided

Quite noisy at our side of the building with traffic on the toad, but it was a Bank Holiday weekend.... Silly rules about not being able to have food and dtink in your room.

Light, airy, clean, modern, elegant, across from the beach, great view to the ocean and old town. Everything’s within walking distance, restaurants, shops, strolling along the boardwalk or walking around the old part of town. The restaurant staff and at reception very friendly and welcoming. A big plus is the free underground parking at the hotel. Also the beach towels and free access to beach chairs and umbrellas. The rooftop breakfast area very nice. A variety of breakfast food choices.

No hair dryer in the room

The location of this hotel, although there are closer options to the center of town, was perfect. Free access to the private beach area, close to the train station, beautiful views of the beach and the historic city - it was beautiful. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, Rosario at the front desk was an excellent host! Breakfast in the morning was good, the cafe in the lobby was super convenient! We would love to stay here again!
