Location was excellent,the place was spotless and the breakfast was very good

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room very important

Location was great,5-10 minute walk from the old town and just had to cross the road to get to the hotels part of the beach. Breakfast room was great,on top floor of hotel. All staff were very helpful and friendly so thanks to Fabrizio and the rest of the team. The rooms were cleaned every day. Hard to fault the hotel really,we loved it there

It may be worth noting that the garden bar next to the hotel is very very busy on a Saturday(I think it was only open Fri - Sun but closed early on the Sunday and wasn't anywhere near as busy on the Friday). It plays music until early morning though it did turn it down around 1am. It didn't affect us in our room as were on the back of the hotel (no sea view) but I can imagine that you may hear some noise from that on the rooms at the front

Overall we really enjoyed our stay - the hotel's beach club was exceptional. Having paid for many lidos/beach clubs during our 6 weeks in Sicily it was awesome to have it included. The sunbeds were really comfortable and they were much more spaced out from other guests. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. We only ate and drank at the beach club and the quality and price was very good. It was a short and very scenic stroll along the beach promenade to the main area of the old town. Breakfast was fantastic with a huge selection of hot and cold food. The restaurant is on the roof top and has a fab view over the water.

Air conditioning was not very cool and could not be controlled in the room and no fans. The gardens on the car park side (which was our view) were quite neglected and could definitely do with some love.

- Great hotel with a private (free) beach - The breakfast was full of fresh products (fruits, eggs, ham, bread, cakes and croissants...) with healthy and not so healthy choices. And the room is on the rooftop with a beautiful view of Cefalù. - The swimming pool is big and enough to swim (the water was a bit cold on this beginning of June tho) - There's a gym room and this is the best thing ever, it looks like a mini crossfit gym with a squat rack, 2 barbells, wall balls, kettle bells and dumbells, and a bench. Everything to do a full workout. - The room was spotless and the big balcony was pleasant - It's a few minute walk from the center of the city - The restaurant was nice as well, we enjoyed 1 dinner there - The bartender was really nice. We had a really great time overall, we stayed in June so the hotel was not full, it was calm and peaceful (but on our last day families with young kids arrived)

- People are a bit confused about the 5 stars. It's by no mean a Palace or a 5 stars hotels like you can find in Paris. Nevertheless it's a beautiful hotel with all the services that you'll need for a perfect vacation on a beach coast.

The walk to the beach from the hotel is so short. It made the stay so much more enjoyable to be able to walk out of the room and be at the beach within minutes. It is an amazing hotel, with very friendly staff. A big shout out to Daniel on the front desk who was very helpful in providing useful information.

It would be better if the hotel provided you with more water bottles in the fridge. It was so hot when we were staying that we went through the water bottles very quickly.

The location was good for immediate access to a beach, for a leisurely 10 minute stroll into the town. The semi-tetrahedral shapes brightened up the walk to our room also - quirky but functional in providing more light for the level beneath. Also, its not a feature of the property per se, but the receptionist was unfailingly patient, courteous, and helpful; also very informative - Daniel (excuse the English spelling) was his name.

Very nice hotel across the street from the beautiful north shore beach, with exclusive beach club. The most comprehensive breakfast offerings that I have seen anywhere! Fine dining is available onsite, as well as many options within a short distance. The on-site pool with bar service is very nice. We also indulged with massages and pedicures that where icing on the cake!

The lighting in the room and hallways wasn’t as well lit as I would have preferred.

a beautiful hotel, impeccably clean. really enjoyed the chatty and helpful front desk staff - real characters and great for recommendations. the private beach is lovely and if you swim over to the rocks a bit and get your goggles on there's some decent-sized fish to gawp at.

I was worried when I saw picture of the hotel, that it might be too funcky for my taste, but it is wonderful. The Sea Palace is our favorite place so far as we travel around Sicily for a month. The front desk staff was friendly and made dinner reservations for us each night, as well as recommended a fantastic restaurant. The beach staff too were so helpful. I had just had hip surgery and they were very attentive that I was safe. Cefalu shouldn't be missed. It's a calmer , less crowded place than Taomina and just as beautiful.

Helpful staff, car park, beach with loungers and towels included. Comfortable room with balcony. Range of books to borrow in different languages.

For a 5 star hotel, we expected the meals to be better, for example, omlettes were not cooked fresh to order at breakfast but pre-cooked then microwaved!
