Our stay here was very relaxing. Villa Cerniglia Plus certainly delivers on the plus, it is hotel quality although it is a B&B. It is part of the Sunset Hotel and the staff deliver the same quality service offered in the hotel. It is perfectly positioned directly across from a wonderful part of Cefalu beach that is a little quieter than the main beach area. We had a room with an outdoor seating area on the east side of the building. Sun in the morning and cool In the afternoon which was perfect for our needs.

I have read in other reviews the swimming pool can be used by clients staying in the Villa however, that was not the case during our stay which was in May 2024. We were told that we could use the pool bar for food and drinks. To be honest the beach is so nice we didn't miss using the pool at all.

This was a last minute reservation - and we were lucky considering the low price and location. The rooms are attached to the Sunset Hotel. It's like the B&B part of this hotel. Everything was very clean and the room was pretty large. A small studio would be a better description. The bathroom was also of a generous size with its walk-in shower. There was also a small room for the suitcases - where the mini-fridge was located. Breakfast was offered at the Sunset hotel exterior terrasse and consisted of a self-serve buffet with plenty of choice. Access to the small infinite pool on the Sunset hotel rooftop was also included - fantastic view on Cefalù and the beachfront from there. The staff was extremely helpful and sympathetic. If you're a Cinema Paradiso movie fan, ask the manager about the filming locations details.

The location is one of the best when you prefer a hotel out of the croud. After this spot towards the center starts the crazyness with the beach bars. The hotel has arranged a calm part on the beach to swim and relax. Very friendly staff. Great sea view from our superior double room. Villa Cerniglia is an extension of the 4* Sunset right next to it so you get a taste of it's luxury. Cefalu is a must if you want to get a full taste of Sicily. We pointed at 3 spots and we are glad our choices met our expectations. ( Ortigia - Cefalu - Taormina )

You have to try to find something negative. Ok, mine was no liquid shower gel, they had soap. See, I found something 😁😁😁

Location with sea over the road and great outlook to the Cefalu headland. Car-parking under the building available, bar, restaurant and infinity pool on the roof. Very attractive breakfast area with great breakfast.

The property is modern but showing some signs of aging and some decorative maintenance required. Carparking great to have but very tight access for larger vehicles. The location is fantastic in relation to the sea but a bit remote from Cefalu Centre

It was magnificent, very friendly staff and the breakfast is exactly what you would want to wake up to .

Considering you have to pay additional for pool use , beach access, and beach towels . I think the price for the hotel could be lower . Not by a lot but by some . I thought for 250 a night I'd have at least the pool at my disposal without paying extra daily .

Flavia.. Thank you VERY Much Location was excellent, not in the crowd, but close by. The beach is less than 5 minute walk away, the charge was $15 but well worth it.. the private beach offers food and drinks at a reasonable price, the staff on the beach is kind ( don’t forget to tip them). The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was good, I was not disappointed at all!!! Thank you 🙏 for everything

Nothing.. everything is excellent

The location is amazing. The beach is right at the doorstep with a great view of cefalu old town. The room was nice and comfortable. Good breakfast as well. The only problem was the WiFi did not work for sometime and the reception did not even offer to help us with luggage which was a little disappointing. But otherwise we were very happy with the stay.

Breakfast was great. The location is excellent to visit Cefalu. The parking is tight and expensive but is under the hotel, so that's an advantage. Good spot to visit the surroundings as well

Price of the parking, wi-fi was quite slow, our room was sort of in a basement in front of the maid's stuff, so quite noisy early in the mornings

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very happy to receive an upgrade with a bonus private pool/spa. Very comfortable rooms, lovely although slightly limited breakfast. Location was good, a fair walk to the old centre but not bad.

It is clearly not quite finished and requires some further work to be completed, despite this, the staff are very accomodating and it was obvious they are trying to help. Limited shade in the outdoor area where breakfast is served is an issue but I feel this is being looked at. Pool area needs more shade, but it is lovely.

We really loved the place. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was amazing, you are just crossing the street and arrive to the beach. The breakfast was served in the next door hotel (Sunset hotel), it was good, but lucking some diversity. Cefalu is really amazing and it's a 10 minutes walk to the old town, definitely recommend this place.

The sounds proofing was really bad, you can hear what was happening in the rooms near you or in the corridor. The wi-fi wasn't working well, I end up using my mobile data for most of the time.
