Very friendly, helpful host, who was very accommodating when we had to inform her that we wouldn't arrive until near midnight because of a two hour flight delay. Very comfortable bed. Tea/coffee/kettle and selection of biscuits in room. Spacious bathroom and shower. Air con. Thank you for an extremely warm welcome and for our very comfortable one night stay.

Only one downside: Not easy to find the entrance, which was inside an arcade off the street. We entered a gate on the main Street which said 56/58 (the hotel address being 58) and groped our way in complete blackness, no lights, to the second floor. Had to descend and phone host who then tried to guide us and sent photos of the entrance. A clear sign on the main Street would be good.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and affordable. It’s only 6 minutes away from CIA airport and walking distance from the train station. My flight arrived late so I had to check in past normal check in hours, but I was taken care of with absolutely no issues. I only booked a room for the night because I was waiting for the rest of my group to fly in the following morning, and we had already booked an Airbnb for all of us closer to the city center. That being said, I truly regret not booking this place for my entire stay in Rome because I could’ve just taken the train everyday for €3 round trip. The owners were extremely helpful and made me feel like family. They explained exactly how to take the train and get to my destination the next morning. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was flawless. Genuinely good people who want to make sure you’re well taken care of.

Friendly helpful owner who was very quick to answer all our queries especially regarding directions and check in. Room exactly as described with lots of lovely extras such as coffee tea etc. Room very clean and well equipped. Good transfer arranged to airport for our departure.

The hotel is quoted as around 2000 ft away from airport so we expected to walk there. In reality it was around 3 to 4 miles along the accessible roads around the edge of the airport. Need for bus or taxi should have been made clearer.

Space apartment close to Ciampino railway station. 15 minutes to the Roma center.

Very difficult to find it. We needed to call twice, there is no any pointers and nobody can meet you at the entrance. The breakfast is only tea, coffe and water.

The room was clean and modern and it was a pleasant (and unusual for Italy) surprise to have a kettle, a fridge, coffee,tea, biscuits and a bottle of cool water provided. The view of the runway added a fun experience for the kids.

Location- near to the train station and bus station to the airport. We had welcome drink: coffee, tea, water, beer, croissant. Balcony is very nice and bed is very comfortable

I was very happy that they offer everything they claim to offer! Very promising!

They did not restock the shampoo/ shower gel before I arrived and their response time is not the best.

Very good location. Host was really kind and treated us with complimentary drinks and snacks. Definitely we will recommend this apartment!
