Everything was perfecr from the courtesy of the owner to the facilities and location right close to the railway station and easy reach to Ciampino airport. Exceeded all expectations.

Ideal if you do not have a car. Parking can be a small challenge at certain times.

Beautiful place, if you're looking for somewhere to stay near Ciampino airport I would definitely recommend. The host was very kind and did all their best to help us get settled for the night and gave us advice on how to get around.

Being very close to both the station and the airport, with a transfer service between the two makes Pit Stop an ideal location for anyone travelling at inconvenient times. The breakfast is supplied in a communal area rather than a restaurant, but its simple selection of pastry, preserves, fruit and yoghurt happens to suit us (not to mention the excellent coffee!). Note that within the same structure as Pit Stop is a remarkably friendly kebab takeaway. Avery useful feature if it's still open when you arrive late!

There were just two VERY MINOR niggles. The folding door to the en-suite bathroom had warped (due to water leakage from the shower presumably). We find this to be a common problem when staying in small hotels. The other niggle being that there was no butter available with breakfast - hot buttered toasted bread being a particular favourite of mine.

- Great location, a couple of minutes from railway station and from bus which goes to airport, close to grocery store. - Easy check-in, comfortable building and room in general, clean. - Breakfast stuff was already served in the kitchen so you can actually have it in the evening instead of morning if you have an early flight:)

-The bed was squeaky, it makes loud noise when someone makes even a slight a move (room 2). - Coffee machine seems not to be working properly, maybe the capsules are not compatible with it, or maybe we didn’t manage to load it properly😅 - Shared bathroom was not a problem, it’s only 2 rooms that share it I believe, but shared fridge was :D Guys from another room stole something from what we bought, but it was maybe our fault for leaving it in the fridge.

I think this is the best airport BnB I have stayed in, on the 6 years that I have lived in Italy. The location is perfect if you are catching a morning flight from Ciampino. The BnB is around 100-200 m from the trainstation, where the Airlink bus stops. You can buy the ticket to the airport for 1.20 EUR per person from the driver (2.70 EUR from trenitalia website/app or tabbacheria since it includes the train to/from Roma Termini), and it takes 10 minutes to the CIA airport. The surrounding area is quite pleasant, and the BnB is definitely updated with comfort. I really enjoy the self check-in and check-out process, and the payment went smooth too (on arrival, we were given a SumUp link to pay).

The room was spacious with all the amenities you'd need. It is very comfortable and a terrific base if you visit Rome as it's only 15 minutes to Roma Termini on the train. Illaria was very helpful in finding us a taxi in the early hours of the morning and assisted with all the queries I had, responding very quickly each time. It also had a lovely balcony/courtyard to relax with an Aperol Spritz in the evening.

No faults whatsoever, providing everything we expected.

This little apartment was an absolute god-send being so close to the airport for our early morning flight. The room was clean, tidy and functional. The air-con was good, the bathroom was excellent with a great shower and excellent fit and finish of all the facilities. There was also patio with little sofas and table which I hadn't realised when I made the booking. This place is an absolute must for anyone with an early morning flight from Ciampino. Accommodation is only 2 minutes' walk from Ciampino railway station (15 mins on train to Roma Termini) and from the airlink shuttle bus to Ciampino airport. Really useful for a late arrival or early departure. Basic breakfast to help yourself - coffee, yoghurt, croissants. I seemed to be the only guest, so the shared bathroom was not a problem. Excellent shower. TV in bedroom - Italian channels only.

Towelling slippers would be very useful. Otherwise, all fine.

The property is very well maintained and has everything you might need at first. We didn’t stay long to enjoy and appreciate everything, but it looks lovely. The management was very helpful - we had an issue with a taxi to the airport at 4 am ( there was no taxi to be found around, and we were already desperate), and they helped us very quickly and saved us from missing our flight. It is highly appreciated.
