The apartment feels very airy. It has a balcony. It is very well equipped. Breakfast was great. The shower is very powerful. A 20 minute walk will bring you to the railway station which will get you in 15 minutes to Rome! The host's lovely mother drove us the last day to the station as the heat was getting to us. The host was very approachable.
Leaving our luggage, after checking out, was a little problematic. Transfer to Airport was also complicated. The taxi to collect the luggage and trip to the airport was €35, which we had not expected.

Very warm welcome and a really helpful owner. Apartment was comfortable and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Good connection with Rome city central by train. Good dining places nearby with great seafood.
There was no knife and wine opener. The shower head is broken.

Perfect location to train station, shops, everything. Nice balcony, very good kitchen
Bathhub was defect and was covered with number of mould. Hot water was not good it was almost impossible to bath a baby.

Please pay attention, they have hided taxes more than price of rent. But in fact it’s not taxes.
