The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was excellent every morning with lots of different options each day. Very good location to tour around Tuscany. The outdoor pool and our massages were great.

Our room was cleaned every day whether we put the “Do Not Disturb” sign up or not. It was nice to have a clean room, but we wanted privacy some days and never got it. There was no cold water in our sink or shower, and the water temperature in both faucets fluctuated constantly. Room was very hot as the AC was not controllable. The pillows were very poor.

The location is great and the pool area is comfortable and relaxing. The family suite was spacious, with comfortable beds and very good AC. The staff were always helpful and the breakfast selection was very large.

The hotel uses the neighbouring restaurant (also owned by the hotel) as well as its own internal restaurant. It was not clear on which evenings they were using one or the other. The neighbouring restaurant was also a better experience compared to the internal hotel one.

The structure is beautiful and we found the staff incredibly gentle and responsive for all our requests. They made us find a small present in the room at the time of our arrival, it was nice. They also didn’t charge for some drinks taken from the mini bar. The spa downstairs is really cozy and well managed as they ask for reservation allowing only a limited number of people per time. Make sure to book your spot in advance! They have a remarkable breakfast variety, from fruit to yogurt, you can find any kind of Italian pastry and juice. The location is quite close to Siena and other beautiful touristic areas which you can reach quickly with a car. Also the small town has a great history and it’s worth spend a day to go around and eat in one of the many authentic restaurants behind the corner.

The only annoying thing, very specific to our case, which maybe can be fixed for the future, was that we had quite noisy upstairs neighbors and we couldn’t sleep until late. For me was a bit killing, but I am sure it’s been just an unfortunate case. I would go back there.

Great location, amazing for 'daily trips' really close to many other places in the Tuscany area. The rooms are clean and quite big, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower is excellent. Breakfast was great and in the hotel area, there are some nice restaurants and bars, we loved walking to the historic center, and

Although the parking lot is 3 minute's walk from the hotel, we managed to park in the hotel street a few times during our stay.

Wonderful palace in a great spot right at the beginning of the old town Colle Val d’Elsa, which merits a full day visit on its own. Good starting point for Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and the Chianti region with its beautiful hills and wineries. There’s a spa associated with the hotel for which guests have a discount. it was a nice relaxing evening in a large water massaging pool, sauna, steam room, water massage showers and relaxation area.

We had a very great stay! Everything was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and large. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcome at all times. The days were very hot and the AC worked well. The breakfast was good, we found everything we needed. And once again, the staff was extremely friendly. The location of the hotel is also very good. We found free parking easily either in the street in front of the hotel or on the public parking (Fornacina) a few steps away. The upper part of the city is really nice with an amazing view and nice bars and restaurants. All in all, we had a great stay and we hope to be back very soon.

The wifi was okay but could be improved.

Nice, clean, guest-friendly hotel. Excellent breakfast (eggs, pastries, cheeses, meats, etc..., only cocoa powder was missing :).). Bicycle storage has been arranged. Very nice, helpful staff. Huge, comfortable bed, modern bathroom.

Unfortunately, the outdoor pool in the courtyard could only be used until 8 p.m. Not all guests have space in the parking lot, the nearby free parking lot is available.

The room was very good. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was good. We didn't use the spa. We used the outdoor pool which was lovely.

When we booked we believed there was a restaurant there for dinner if we wished. However, on arrival we were told that the restaurant was closed to guests. However, it appeared that it was open but only for the coach parties that were staying.

Very clean, fresh towels everyday and different towels for the pool area. Very stylish and modern. Breakfast was amazing and tasty had a wide variety to choose from.

Can’t fault it. It was a perfect experience.

An excellent and very elegant boutique hotel. Just a pleasure. Very clean (very!). White bedding and an excellent bed. Meticulous Italian style. Located in a building that was probably a palace, in a peaceful town within the walls of an old city. Excellent location as a base for a star trek in the Tuscany region. The staff is very kind. The facts in the dining room are very pleasant, professional and hardworking. Take care to clean and disinfect everything without a break. Always take care to fill the buffet with what is missing. Very good breakfast. We got a room on the second floor - there are a total of two floors (it looks like an elevator). There is no private parking but there are a number of nearby public parking lots free of charge. Very safe environment. We had a great time. Excellent value for money.
