The ambience of the hotel is really nice, quiet located, and parking is really not a problem. if you want to be in Iseo you have to go with the car. The rooms are a bit outdated, but ok.

Can't recommend the restaurant, it is not really matching with the rest of the hotel (quality, price). Inattentive, incompetent service (they told us warm white wine tastes better, on the bottle it was written recomended temperature 10-12°C), well the bottle was not in the fridge, what a low brainer.

Beautiful setting with a wonderful restaurant. The staff was super friendly. Location is perfect for visits to the Iseo lake and all the lovely wineries and villages nearby.

The room is outdated. The bathroom needs attention or at least an upgrade. Also the A/C in the room did not cool down enough and it was “just” 25-27 degrees outside.

very distant location, so it is rather can be served as a base camp - without car not much things to do.. but place overall is a real mansion! :) super attentive staff, great breakfast, amazing dinner and great feeling of dolce vita! :)

some rooms might need renovation, so a bit old-fasioned.. but did not have any problem at all

Beautiful gem amongst the vineyards, the view on Lago d’Iseo was spectacular. The rooms are tidy and comfortable

We unfortunately couldn’t stay long outside due to ferocious tiger mosquitoes attacking every bit of us constantly.. make sure to bring proper protection

big problems with water pressure and faucets in the bathroom, which spoiled the impression of living

Fantastic, old fashion, room and bathroom, with a wonderful view and super terrace. Very cozy restaurant with good food and nice staff. Great area around the hotel, also with a safe parking.

The breakfast was very limited and small selected. The room was large and nice, but wanted to refurnish a bit - so the armchairs stood so you could see the view, and the massage chair more hidden in a corner ..

beautiful property in a wonderful location. we were in the spacious tower room with lovely view of the lake and surrounding hills.

facilities needing an upgrade. some worn carpets. Towel warmer leaked and dampened the towels for example.

really nice location and atmosphere. the Diner outside was really nice and romantic. a rememberable night. style of the property is really nice. also the breakfast was nice with good quality. not to large but more than sufficient.

the airco was working a bit limited. we were at the end of the corridor.

Breakfast had scrambled eggs and bacon but in other sense was rather poor, with lots of sweets and bread stuff

Great, fast and friendly service at the reception desk! See you soon. On top of this I believe it’s the best hotel around Iseo area (excluding those at the lake). Rooms are spacious.
