The ambience of the hotel is really nice, quiet located, and parking is really not a problem. if you want to be in Iseo you have to go with the car. The rooms are a bit outdated, but ok.

Can't recommend the restaurant, it is not really matching with the rest of the hotel (quality, price). Inattentive, incompetent service (they told us warm white wine tastes better, on the bottle it was written recomended temperature 10-12°C), well the bottle was not in the fridge, what a low brainer.

Beautiful setting with a wonderful restaurant. The staff was super friendly. Location is perfect for visits to the Iseo lake and all the lovely wineries and villages nearby.

The room is outdated. The bathroom needs attention or at least an upgrade. Also the A/C in the room did not cool down enough and it was “just” 25-27 degrees outside.

This is an absolutely wonderful and peaceful place with lots and lots of charm!! I can only recommend to spend some time there and enjoy the atmosphere and the great food. Absolutely great value for the price and the staff is very helpful.

very distant location, so it is rather can be served as a base camp - without car not much things to do.. but place overall is a real mansion! :) super attentive staff, great breakfast, amazing dinner and great feeling of dolce vita! :)

some rooms might need renovation, so a bit old-fasioned.. but did not have any problem at all

Beautiful gem amongst the vineyards, the view on Lago d’Iseo was spectacular. The rooms are tidy and comfortable

We unfortunately couldn’t stay long outside due to ferocious tiger mosquitoes attacking every bit of us constantly.. make sure to bring proper protection

beautiful property in a wonderful location. we were in the spacious tower room with lovely view of the lake and surrounding hills.

facilities needing an upgrade. some worn carpets. Towel warmer leaked and dampened the towels for example.

Rooms need a little bit of maintenance, eg the shower was not powerful and took a while to regulate.

really nice location and atmosphere. the Diner outside was really nice and romantic. a rememberable night. style of the property is really nice. also the breakfast was nice with good quality. not to large but more than sufficient.

the airco was working a bit limited. we were at the end of the corridor.
