Breakfast not so good. every moning the same, nothing vegetable, a lot of pastries.

Absolutely stunning place to stay, beautifully appointed and within easy reach of Otranto, not to mention some gorgeous coastal roads, beaches and scenery. Breakfast was fabulous, with a staggering array of Puglian delicacies. Pool spotlessly clean and sparkling in the sunlight. Room was extremely comfortable, tastefully decorated with plenty of space, and the air con kept us cool in the summer heat. We ate a couple of poolside lunches which were very good value, and enjoyed the on-site 3-course dinner very much too. Wines and drinks were very reasonably priced and the service was excellent. I can't think of a thing wrong with this lovely place, except that our stay there was over too soon!

Breakfast was good.Pool and outside areas very pleasant and tranquil. Pool bar good. Willingly supplied towels for beach use. Request for a directors chair for my room was promptly met. Cleanliness of all areas excellent.

You do need a car! Impression given within walking distance of Otranto it is not - no pavement, no street lighting. Options for dinner could be improved - no choice given, almost felt it was not encouraged to eat in. As a result not many people did, so no atmosphere. A shame as location for dining was good and the waiter very friendly and obliging . More printed informat on what to do in the area around Otranto needs to be made available, when asked the Owner’s suggestions were good.

Very good breakfast, lots of choice (all cold). Lovely friendly staff particularly Francesco. Pretty gardens. Comfortable bed. Big room. A couple of minutes drive from Otranto.

More shade needed in the gardens/around the pool. Most sunbeds were in full sun with no umbrella or shade at all. The little patio area behind some of the rooms has no shade at all and it was incredibly hot the first week of July. Also a pity the lovely pool is so very shallow and narrow. It was crowded with more than two people in it at once. Restaurant overpriced for what you get. Breakfast coffee disappointing.

The whole aesthetic of the Masseria is very beautiful and calming. The property has been renovated to a very high standard by the family. We stayed in one of the suites which was gorgeous, the property is maintained meticulously, nothing is out of place! There are a number of rules that are communicated to guests when they arrive, which I understand, however we always as guests are respectful when staying in any accommodation. I must admit every morning to putting all my 'stuff' into the bottom of the wardrobe so it was all tidied away! The breakfast was amazing, such a wonderful selection of savoury and sweet breads, pastries and cakes. We would recommend this to anyone to stay, you do really need to have a car, which wasn't a problem for us as we were staying in a few different places in Puglia.

Fantastic service, breakfast and room. This is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. Each day our room was spotlessly cleaned and tidied. Our stay was faultless from our welcome/check-in to the spacious room to the generous breakfast We enjoyed walking into Otranto for our evening meals (30 min). The Masseria is in a relaxing location away from the business of the old town.

Really lovely hotel. Nice reccos from the owner for dinner and hidden gem beach club. Loved the family run feel. Great bar all day. Loved the afternoon complimentary snacks with the drinks :)

Would have been nice to have a little mini bar and a few extra little touches for the room. The bed was pretty firm. The hotel is a cab away from the town so you’ll pay in taxis.

The rooms were extremely comfortable!! Cool, dark and a great bed. And very spacious.

The breakfast could have been better. There was no fresh seasonal fruit, like peaches or nectarines or cherries and no freshly made eggs.

near town but so peaceful, lovely, simple & elegant. only complaint is that on the website it says “restaurant “, but they require a reservation/commitment in the morning and so a reservation is not Available spontaneously. if you get a 2 story flat, just know the bedroom is upstairs and bathroom is downstairs. would go back anytime!!!

A very pleasant masseria to stay. Peace, tranquility and a very pleasant atmosphere. Good breakfast and beautiful pool with nice sunbeds. Experienced amazing service from the owners and workers and even got an upgrade to a more expensive room. Definitely a great place to relax, also the location is great, just a few minutes drive to the city center. Highly recommended.
