The apartment felt like a home from home. Rosy was so accommodating and was understanding of a delay in our arrival. The apartment was airy, cool and bright with ample storage and felt so big even with just 1 room. It had recently been refurbished and was very modern with all the appliances you could need (including 3 different coffee makers!!). The town and lakeside are only 5 minutes away, with lots of bars and shops en route. There are 2 private entrances and private parking for the stay. Everything was perfect!

The beds were really comfortable. It has pots and pans and plenty of bowls, plates, glasses, mugs and cutlery. The rooms were a great size and the bathroom was excellent and spacious. I liked the cleanliness of the apartment. There was a parking space. The bedroom balcony had a beautiful view. The apartment had an amazing shared garden area. The host sent a useful video on how to find the apartment as the entrance is not obvious on maps.

There was no microwave even though on the booking.com facilities mentions there is a microwave.

Great accomodation in Dervio, highly recommended. Tastefully decorated appartments with fully equipped kitchens. We appreciated the free parking spots since parking can be a challenge in Italian towns. Close enough to the train station, ferry station and some restaurants. Excellent communication with the host who gave us some great tips about what to see and where to eat. Wonderful and spacious courtyard to relax.

Finding the place was a bit difficult, but phone communication with the host helped.

property was even better than the pictures! very clean,comfy and pretty. Quiet and scenic location and the property owners are lovely people. We will be back !

The ONLY issue we had was two power cuts during the night , during stormy weather. Due to the location this sounded like it might be a regular thing. So if you have work to do👩🏻‍💻, and you travel in the stormy season , pack a power bank and enjoy the views of lightning from the mountains ⚡️🗻😍🇮🇹

We had a perfect stay at Antico Torchio. It’s in a great location, near to a shop, a walk from the beach, and has a lovely garden for when it’s sunny. The sun didn’t shine for us but we had the clean and cosy apartment to relax in and open the balcony doors to listen to the rain in the mountains. Our host was lovely, and didn’t complain about having to stay up late for our very delayed arrival (don’t trust the trains around here!) We would definitely stay again!

The location was perfect, as it was close to the lake and situated in a beautiful city. The host was amazing, and made me feel incredibly welcome throughout my stay. The facilities themselves were wonderful, with everything I needed to feel comfortable and at home. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I couldn't have been happier with my stay!

The property was amazing especially the view and where it was situated. The staff were so polite and so helpful made the stay even better! Really nice and clean and they even helped me with my anniversary decorations to surprise my partner!

Has an oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher. No microwave. Convenient for family. Close to train station and minimart - walking distance. Limited in terms of restaurants within dervio. It’s ok if you had a car.

Have suggested would be nicer to have more kitchen utensils eg aluminium foil, pepper, cups to help us settle easily and utilise more of the kitchen.

Very clean and modern apartment in the quiet neighbourhood of the town. Nice hostess, parking next to the building. Not far from shops and restaurants and from the lake Como.

Nice spacious appartments with a great view from the rooms. We also liked a garden with a barbecue area and places for a piсnic. Very cozy.

Mattresses were not comfortable and creaked with every movement all night. Also we were not able to find a kettle even though there was tea in the apartment.
