Elena and Mario were exceptional hosts. Very patient with me practicing Italian. Mario helped with getting my suitcase up and down the steps and stairs. Even gave me ride in his car so I wouldn’t have to manage suitcase in the rain. Nice view of lake. Early check in allowed. Delicious breakfast with meats, eggs, cheeses and pastries. Landmark building. Would definitely return.

A large and spacious room. Helena is charming and her husband is very helpful in providing excellent service in a very homely, warm and kind way. It is easy to contact and communicate with other guests. Very cordial and it was great to stay at the hotel. From the living room there are balconies overlooking the lake. Convenient free parking opposite the hotel

Everything was perfect. Both hosts are welcoming helpful and lovely. Very clean, comfortable and organised. Our room had the most lovely view.

I can not complain of anything. The only thing I may complain slightly might be that the villa is situated on a hill side and walking back from centre (which is only 15mins,) is slightly annoying after dinner!!

The room was of a good size and clean with plenty of storage space. The breakfast was very good with a selection of meat and cheeses and home made jam and as much coffee as you could drink. The owners were very kind and helpful. We consider the property was good value for money considering the location.

Our six days at the villa were great - both Elena and Mario were very welcoming. All of the aspects of our stay were great - the house is in a great location and has a wonderful view of the lake.

Nothing - everything was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here, as a base, to explore the lake.

A beautiful place in a quiet part of Lake Como,, the photos don't do it justice. Mario and his wife are absolutely lovely hosts. Breakfast was amazing with home made spreads! The view from the property is fantastic. Highly recommend.

the hosts are real Italians, they don't speak English well, but we communicated well. great views from the window while having breakfast. nice yard car parking next to the building. the room is tidy. breakfast is very tasty.

Owners are very nice and very helpfull.

Room did not have any ventable windows so It got pretty warm!
