Everything really. This place is in an amazing location in Garda. Literally 40 metres from the lakes edge. The restaurant was fabulous and breakfast was great. Coffee was also the best I have had for some time travelling. The staff are lovely. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Parking, once you get your head around this its really not an issue. A little stressful initially finding a park to unload my things. You need to look at the instructions closely. Water pressure in the shower was very poor. Took awhile to have a shower. Just needed a bar fridge and it would be great. There are too many great things about this hotel that certainly make it worthwhile.

Exceeded our expectations. Our room was well furnished, immaculately clean with super comfortable beds. Octavia, Annette and all the staff were really helpful and amenable, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, cheese and meats. Scrambled eggs were offered too. It was great to be offered 10% off meals and drinks at the restaurant. Excellent value for money for a two star hotel. Fantastic location right by the Lake in the centre of everything.

Location is superb, on the coast and in the heart of the city. Rooms are clean and well equipped, people are very friendly. Parking is also available 7-8 minute walk from the hotel. Otherwise finding a free parking spot in the city is quite difficult.

To get access to the parking you need to check in in the hotel first and get the access card from reception. However finding a parking spot in order to check in was quite difficult.

Our room was cleaned, with sheets and towels replaced each day. The hotel was situated in the best place with great views of the lake. We great breakfast each morning and the staff were always helpful and pleasant.

The hotel has a really good position with a great view over the lake. The rooms are pretty nice and comfortable and the bathrooms are big spacious. Also the breakfast is delicious and very varied and the staff is kind, polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay

The only downside was no fridge in the room except for that this hotel is perfect

Very clean room and bathroom. The hotel is right on the promenade with good views of the lake, with a short walk to the boat rides/activities. The parking is located 15 mins walk away and costs €6 for the night, better unload your luggage close to the hotel and then drive to the parking.

The breakfast service could be improved.

Perfect location right on the lake, wonderful restaurant, the staff was super accommodating, and an easy walk to catch the bus.

I wish we would have stayed longer.
