The location is very calm and not to far from the center. 5 minute walk. Nice terrace with mountain view. Christian is a very kind and helpfull host! Superior breakfast. And the concept of the b&b is very original. Every (airconditioned) room has it’s own colour with corresponding plates and cups at the breakfast room. And we like the industrial appearance. The blues brothers will come back for sure

- Very nice landlord / owner who cares a lot about his guests and provides individual recommendations for sightseeing / hiking / etc. - Safe parking spot right in front of the entrance - Excellent breakfast - Nice rooms with AC - Very clean bathrooms - Clean kitchen equipped with everything you may need. If something is missing, you can ask and Christian will help you - In addition to our breakfast, the fridge was refilled with two bottles of water and two small beers everyday - Some bikes can be be borrowed (for free) from Christian. If they don't fit your height, you can rent bikes almost everywhere in the area for reasonable fees. - 5 to 10 minute walk downhill to reach the lake and a lot of restaurants Additional recommendations if you stay at Bikapi: - The spots at the lake for swimming might be crowded in summer, but there's a nice area with trees and shadow if you walk a bit into the direction of Bardolino, right after a building with fish-graffiti on its wall - Santuario Madonna della Corona in Spiazzi is a beautiful old monastery that was build into a steep mountain wall - If you like hiking, there's a very nice trail from Refugio Chierego (~1.850m) to Punta Telegrafo (~ 2.200m) with a stunning view on the lake (ask Christian, he can show you the tour on his hiking maps)

Very nice host with helpful information and a clever self service breakfast. Off street safe parking and safe facility. Comfortable bed and good shower. Pleasant little patio off the bedroom. And they had room air-conditioning in a very hot time

All disclosed…but room was pretty basic with no lake view. Town was about a 9 minute walk and going was easy as downhill but it was a little slow on the way up. Know your knees.

We were at Lago di Garda for a week. In three different accommodations. We rate the best accommodation in BIKAPI, near Christiana. He was friendly, he could give advice. The room was clean, equipped with a mini fridge. The kitchen was always available. You can cook or make coffee there. Christian has accommodation equipped to the last detail. We felt great. thank you..

Cristian makes you feel at home right away. During your stay he makes it really relaxt and he helps you out in any way he can. The freedom that we felt was great!! Beside that the rooms are nice and modern, the beds great and you can park the car in a private parking!

Cristian was very nice and kind. The room was beautiful and clean, and he made us a cake and bottle of shampane (this was our honey moon). The breakfast was big and variated, and the shared keachen had everything we could imagine.

Modern and artistic housing that came as a surprice among the old houses but fit in well with the surroundings. The host was especially helpful and friendly. Loved it!

Great facilities, excellent host, close to the centre and sea. Good basic breakfast with all that you want. Coffe, bread, yoghurt, juice etc. Fresh fruit as well. Best place we stayed at during our 2 week road trip across Europe.
