The location - not too away from the beach - we rented bikes (from the hotel) and it was 2 minute bike ride to the beach. Quiet in the morning, very good AC, great balcony with tree’s shadow, the room was vacuumed daily plus beddings and towels changed daily. Bed very comfortable. Hotel has its own beach portion - we were leaving our towels and shoes there overnight and no one touched them.

The staff was not the friendliest. Maybe because we were not Italian or German 😁 I would have loved a mini rug in the bathroom. But the worst was the ‘shared’ door with the next room. We could hear them ‘breath’

We really appreaciated the friendliness and hospitality of the personnel. Everyone was very nice and friendly to us and to our 3 year old son especially. Very nice environment for a family stay, the rooms were tidy and clear, cleaned thoroughly every day. The breakfast and dinner were great with multiple choices and great cuisine. The beach with great facilities (changing cabins, cold/warm showers, restaurants, first-aid clinic, lifeguard) was neaby (approx. 400 m by foot) and towels + deck chairs are provided by the hotel. The water is shallow up to several tens of meters from shore, therefore perfect for little kids learning to swim.

Really the only downside to our perfect stay at this hotel were the peculiar garage slots (underground). Thankfully we enjoyed practically all of our holiday at or very near the place itself (as a family with a kid). But it would be really impractical if we needed to use (come and go) the garage everyday.

Very bad system of parking, small garage for extra 10 Euro/day. You have to park on the street in several lines for 5 Euro/day and leave car keys at the reception. If somebody from back line wants to drive out the hotel staff would re-park your car.

I liked that it was close to the sea and that they had umbrellas available free of charge.

Paying for parking and having to leave your car keys with the front desk during your stay. The beds were also uncomfortable. I would have liked more options for activities such as jet ski, wind surfing, ect…

Pool and its view, massage tubs, breakfast were good.

The rooms were nice. There is a pool at the top of the building with a pool bar. The beach is only a short walk away and the breakfast buffet is fairly good.

We paid for half board and the dinner was not great for a 4 star hotel. In general there was a lack of attention to detail and love for the pice tag and the star rating of the hotel. If you want to go to the beach you pay 20EUR for the last day, however for all other days it is 10EUR. Why? It makes no sense. Also, at least in the September, there is no one on the beach checking if you have bought beach access. The location is good and the staff is friendly but for 4 stars and the price, it lacks a certain standard.
