The hotel is conveniently located near the train station,but it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center. The bed is very comfortable,the room has a safe,fridge and kettle.

The bathroom constantly had a lot of water on the floor, it was impossible to wash without everything spilling over. We ran out of cosmetic wipes and shower gel, asked for a refill (although obviously this should be done without mentioning it) and we getting just 2 wipes! Plus there are no essential little things here that Radisson usually has: robes, shoe brushes, shoe sponges, slippers! It's strange because you choose the Radisson because of those little things, knowing that every hotel has them a priori.

Located just opposite the train station. Perfect for us as we were travelling each day by train. It was about a 10-15 minute walk from town, although plenty of buses during the day (not so good at night). Restaurants can be busy in Ferrara, so suggest booking for the evening. Hotel very clean and recently refurbished. Friendly and helpful staff - especially the guy running the bar.

New hotel from reliable hotel chain. Very reasonable price (possibly due to recent opening). Staff extraordinarily friendly, got an unrequested upgrade. Hotel is literally one minute from the train station platforms.

Station square is not very cozy, as worldwide station squares usually attract unsavory types. 20 minutes walk to the center of Ferrara

The rooms are beautifully renovated, in our bathroom it was noticeable that the architect was not focused on his work... it was simply not possible to take a shower without half of the bathroom being wet.

The hotel maybe needs an upgrade (compared to other Radissons I've known), but it was such good value for money that I couldn't complain.

The usual high quality Radisson property and the convenient location just 50 metres from the train station. The manager and all the staff were particularly welcoming, kind and helpful.
