Excellent location, spacious rooms, wonderful views from 4th floor onwards. Breakfast Buffet with good selection, Kind and helpful staff. Garage available (not without complications, though - see below)

Some items of the breakfast buffet were not top quality: Scrambled eggs made from egg-powder, juices more like coloured sugar water. Also, no warning before buffet closure to give guests last chance to serve themselves. Garage access through elevator with necessary staff assistance, a major hindrance to frequent in-and-outs.

Excellent, rich breakfast with great variety of both sweet and savoury meals, fresh fruit and delicious pastry. Quite spacious room (since it is in the city centre). Big bed with high-quality pillows. English speaking and friendly staff. The best location for sightseeing!

Shower/bathroom could be better (no shelf for cosmetics, broken hooks, no ventilation).

There is a square in front of the hotel, with many parking places; I recommend, it is more simple than drive in their garage, and it is safe, because it is not a problematic neighborhood. Tea making facility in the room. Receptionist is kind and speaks English well.

No hall door, so no door between the bed and the corridor door – still many hotels forget it, while it has strong impact on noise isolation! Breakfast staff is not kind.

Always two people at reception and a friendly atmosphere. Great selection of items at breakfast. Slightly to the railway station side of central, but nonetheless a very lively and welcoming location. Free tea/coffee-maker in room and the miini-bar had mineral water and snacks at affordable prices.

A kind of "multi-layer conveyor belt" toaster was permanently on during the whole beakfast period. In 3 days I never saw anybody use it (except myself!). Very convenient but a total waste of precious energy. On the same theme. The air-conditioning in my room was full on when I arrived, even though the day was not especially hot by Italian standards. My particular room was a bit on the dark side. I don't like those fiddly clothes hangers you have to unhook. A few more (normal plastic ones, please) would also have been welcome.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. They are friendly and helpful, and they make you feel welcome. The evening receptionist made the check-in feel like a breeze. The lady and young man at breakfast were friendly and they had the breakfast room in perfect condition. As a matter of fact, I travel a lot, and this was the best breakfast I've ever seen. It's simple, but fresh. The room is clean and the AC works. The location is right in the center. There's a parking lot in front of the hotel where you can pay hourly, it's not very expensive.

There's nothing to report. If there had been an issue, I'm sure the hotel would deal with it immediately.

Location is brilliant, right in the heart of the town, and only 15 minutes walk from the train station. Breakfast was excellent. Very helpful staff. Clean good size rooms, enough space and shelves to put the clothes. Hotel is overlooking the square with a few good restaurants, and nice atmospheric view on historic church.

Everything was excellent. However a few things in the shower could be fixed, like loose shampoo rack, and water leaking from the shower cabin on to the floor.

Very friendly staff and good location. The breakfast was amazing - a British-type section with eggs, Italian bacon, mushrooms, wurstel sausage, salmon, then cereal, dried fruit, fresh yogurt of different kinds, fresh cakes and pastries (including specially made ones for the occasion of Carnevale) lots of fruit, fruit juice and water, even little panna cotta. I was very impressed with this selection. Everything was really clean, especially the spacious bathroom. They had a courtesy box with useful things like shower caps, cotton buds and ear plugs (which were not needed because the hotel was really quiet.)

Slight cons - the floor is a hard matte material, so it's a good idea to bring socks or slippers to wear around. The double bed was not a very large one, but it was adequate for two people of small to average height, and they did make this clear in the email. Not much to say against it actually.

Excellent location 1 km from the train station and qiase next to Castelo Este. Attentive, great staff. Large room for single, safe, good Wi-Fi and shower, quiet. . Breakfast- I didn't take it Leave early

Temperature control did not work as determined by law, said employee. Anyway the room got hot. Also, I've been traveling in Italy for a month and in other hotels the air conditioning worked.

Everything was perfect: the location, the room, the staff, the electronic access to the room, nice bathroom, elevator parking, everything top notch. Breakfast was probably the best we had in our 2 weeks trip to Italy.

The only thing I didn't like was that we could only stay for one night

This was the first trip in which I experienced the phenomena of "single rooms" where it's a twin bed in a small room. If you are traveling solo, or with others and just want a bit of space, this is a perfect option. It has all that you need - private bathroom, bed, dresser with counter space. There was an outlet and reading light on the headboard. It was truly the perfect little space.

Upon arrival, the room was very warm and the only way to cool it off was to open the window. That usually isn't a problem but there was construction outside our room and when you opened the window, I waved at the construction worker. It still wasn't a huge deal but just something to work around.
