We really enjoyed staying in here. Our room was spacious even with a Cot, the decoration is modern and our bed was comfortable. Location is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is not an Italian Style but you have lots to choose from. The view from the rooftop is great!

The reception and breakfast is in a different building across the street, we didn’t care about this cos we read all the comments. there is a very bad small of sewer in the aisle that leads to the bedrooms but we didn’t get the bad smell in our room.

very clean bedroom and bathroom, bedding and towels clean and fresh, towels were replaced each day and beds were made daily- thank you.

requested kettle and tea/coffee as were not provided in the room as standard, however no cups were provided with kettle therefore could not make use of the tea and coffee after all.

A hidden gem! Excellent location, walking distance to all of the main attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was ample. Very clean too. I will definitely go back on my next trip to Florence!

The lighting in the bathroom was very dim, but not a deterrent. The king bed was Very firm... could have used a foam topper.

property was in a very good location next to ponte vecchio! operating by the hotel opposite, staff was amazing and helpfull the jacuzzi working properly (very relaxing) communicate via whatsapp (very easy) , very clean room and cleaners enter the room every day to clean

everything was perfect !

The hotel was very well located, clean and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was simple but fresh Roof top terrace had awesome views. The room was good and it had a bathtub.

Although serviced by a lift to get to reception (97 steps if you walk) there are steps to the lift itself. Lift is small and not wheelchair accessible.

Location is fantastic, right on the edge of the Ponte Vecchio Bridge. Everything you need is around the hotel such as restaurants, shops and a brilliant supermarket two minutes walk away. Hotel staff fantastic.

The location was great, very central but not loud.

We found the door of the room open, when we returned during the day. Luckily nothing was missing but probably was not closed properly after the daily cleaning.

very close to all the touristy spots and the centre of the city, yet very quiet room. super clean and spacious room a lot of great and affordable restaurants around the corner

Location was the best. So easy to get everywhere . Great gelato shop right outside.

there was construction happening in the building and we would wake up to it. Would be good to provide ear plugs .
