This was our splurge stay for our visit to Italy, and it did not disappoint. We really loved the dual shower heads in the shower, enjoying the slippers and robes, separate beds for my kids to comfortably sleep in their own space, separate room for me and my husband, and of course the prime location just minutes from the Ponte Vecchio. We found ourselves taking respite after walking around Florence during the day. Because the city is so walkable, we found ourselves gaining far more steps here than when we were in Rome, Sorrento, and Venice. Therefore having a place to rest our feet, take a nap, and rejuvenate before exploring in the late afternoon/evening was key. We also really enjoyed being on this side of the river because had we stayed on the other side, I anticipate we'd have explored less of this area. The front desk team were always lovely and welcoming! Despite being so close to where crowds congregate heading into and out of the Ponte Vecchio, we heard no noise and enjoyed peaceful, quiet nights in our room! Lastly, I was SO happy with the Acqua di Parma bath and shower products - I will always think of my time in Italy thanks to these scents!

This is a minor concern, but the musty odor upon reaching the 2nd floor where I believe most rooms are located was noticeable, but as we weaved our way to our room I also came upon an absolutely delightful scent via reed diffusers and regret not documenting the name! I'd love for my home to smell like it. :) Overall we had a lovely stay!

A warm welcome and staff who are attentive and always took time to talk to us. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard. The private use spa really made this break- we used it 3 times. Definitely worth the extra cost. Used the deep jacuzzi in the room frequently. Kitchenette was brilliant. A lovely supermarket very near which came in handy. We are used to city living so not perturbed by city noise. When the windows were shut is was very quiet. Lots of lovely local places to eat and drink and watch the world go by. If you book to stay here o you won’t regret it!

I honestly can’t think. If I was being picky perhaps some hooks etc in the bathroom room or some kind of dressing table. But not essential at all.

The hotel was in an excellent position for exploring Florence and surrounding sights, the room was clean & comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and couldn't do enough to help, from recommendations for restaurants to even making a reservation for you. We also got recommended a day trip and they organised that for us too. The breakfast was very nice, we even got a little bag for breakfast as we were checking out before breakfast was served, which was a lovely touch.

The property is well located and the surrounding area is walkable. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. They have really thought about what customers need during their stay and have put a lot of effort in ensuring the room has a lot of amenities. I was in touch with the property prior to our visit as we wanted to book a driver and they were very accommodating and helpful. They even gave us water for our journey! I would highly recommend this place.

The hotel is lovely, the executive suite was gorgeous and the kitchenette in the suite proved to be extremely useful for late night snacking. We very much appreciated the wonderful accommodation and the bath with jets to assist tired feet after lots of walking exploring the city. There was lots of variety for the continental breakfast. I particularly loved the fresh croissants. The location is perfect, in a quiet street (ensuring a good night’s sleep) but literally 1 minute’s walk from the Ponte Vecchio and close to other attractions. There’s also a supermarket 2 minutes away which proved handy! Lastly and most importantly, the service was exceptional. The staff are wonderful - professional and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. They booked our tours, last minute sightseeing, restaurant reservations and made various recommendations to make our stay truly special. My teen daughter loved it and so did I. It was just the two of us on this trip and we felt very safe.

The location was excellent for wandering around Florence. It was literally a stone's throw away from the Ponte Vecchio bridge. It's in a discreet side street and away from the main thoroughfare of traffic. The accommodation was super comfortable and clean. The staff at the front desk and at breakfast all made us feel very welcome and spoke good English. They advised us on many different places to visit and eat out at.

There was nothing we didn't like in fact. Everything was great. We stayed 5 nights and while we were there we made use of their spa facilities which was nice.

It is located very close to Ponte Vecchio and its shopping area and restaurants. The suite was a very good size and very comfortable with lots of thoughtful extras, including lots of electric sockets. The staff were excellent - always very thoughtful and proactive.

I didn't cook in the little kitchenette in a cupboard, but the pots and plates were on a shelf way too high for me to reach. I always used the lift as I was wary of using shiny marble/stone stairs without a handrail.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff. All top attractions within easy walking distance.

Nothing really. We were given a ground floor room as we wanted to check in early and only GF available. Better to take a room on the higher floors if you want more privacy.

We had a fantastic stay at this small hotel with personal service! Hotel is located withing a few minutes walking to most of Florence attractions and street leading up to the hotel has nice restaurants and bars. Staff was genuine interested to make our stay the best. A small misshap was solved quickly and with total satisfaction. A great breakfast too with everything one could think about, all high quality products. Loved the Aqua di Parma products in the huge bathroom. We will return!

the location was great! staff was so attentive and friendly, asked them to help us book a taxi to the airport and they had no problem with it. super helpful! they show you how everything works in the room and the bed is super comfortable. great place to stay!
