The room was very spacious and comfortable. There was a big window with a mosquito barrier. The decor was simple but very attractive. The style seemed classical Italian. It was very clean. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. The atmosphere was welcoming and homely.

I liked everything but it was surprising they didn't offer breakfast. However there are plenty reasonably priced cafes around so this wasn't a problem.

That is a nice hotel located walking distance from the historical center. It's a quieter district, so the tourists are not swarming around. Everything was clean and reasonably well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful In addition there is an open-air area with food-trucks and drinks nearby and a nice bakery 1 minute down the street.

Some breakfast options would be nice. There were only soft pillows available.

Every staff member we met were friendly and cordial. Great places to eat nearby and a supermarket just about 10 minutes away. Multiple bus stops nearby made travelling around easy. Felt very safe. Big bonus was that they arranged for a free pickup from the airport to the hotel.

Shower was on the small size but adequate. Our expectations were set correctly before we arrived by reading many reviews.

The owner was very nice. The hotel has an antique feel but very well kept. For the price paid I think it was fair. I read other reviews before coming and I think people want a luxury hotel with all the bells and whistles when they aren't willing to pay for it.. This hotel is priced correctly and it's a good option if you plan on really exploring Florence and need a place to sleep.

The location is about a 30minute walk from the center of town but it was expected since all the other hotel prices in town were at least double or more. The AC in the room either did not make the room very cold or I didn't know how to work it. Also, the wifi was not working during my stay but the owner was very nice and found me a place nearby to use Wifi and even gave me a free beer. Very nice gentlemen.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful, provided me with map and gave me tip for dinner nearby. Hotel is located ca 20 min walk from the cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore and ca 30-35 min from the train main station. Breakfast was not available at the time I travelled but this was no issue as there are cafes opening early in the neighbourhood.

If somebody was coming to one of the next rooms, one could quite hear them (laughing, talking etc.). I was coming myself quite late so no big issue, but I can imagine this could disturb somebody or that somebody would wake up. But for clarification - no noise could be heard from other rooms, so this was only related to the corridor.

- Great location: The hotel is situated in a residential neighbourhood in Florence. The area was lively (but not loud), safe and had two supermarkets (Coop and CONAD) located 3-5 minutes from the hotel - very convenient! - The staff was friendly, responsive and always there to help. - Big comfy beds

- The isolation was not great. The neighbours upstairs were very noisy at 1am - we could hear everything. - On the ground floor, the wifi connection was poor at times. - The bathroom was very small.

At first, the heater of the room wasn't working but receptionists were very kind and helpful. They solved the problem immidiately. The room was wide and clean. There is also a balcony. You can leave your luggages before check-in and after check-out.

It was a little out of town. And the heating of the room wasn't enough.

Very good hotel, clean and comfortable. The stuff was very nice, helpful and welcoming. The room was very comfortable! About the location- 7 minutes waking from central area, and located on nice and save street, close to big park and to the river. We really enjoyed from our stay.

The location is amazing, just 1,2 km from the main sights. The room was cozy and clean. The staff was nice and helpful.

The bathroom needs renovation. And they should change their recommendations about the places to eat out. They recommended us one trattoria not far from the hotel which wasn’t actually so nice.

Nice and clean b&b hotel near centre. By walk its around 15-20 min to Ponte Veccio - so perfect starting point to explore the city. Simple hotel rooms. You can choose a good breakfast for only 5€ or just pass a small cafe/bakery on way to the centre.

Somehow i couldnt find free electric plugs in the room, had to plug out the TV instead. No reserved parking spots of the hotel - we had to park on the residentials spots (white lines), hard to find some public spots (blue lines). We were told a possible fine is 25€.
