Yuri is a fantastic guy. He made everything to ensure we had a great time in Florence. They have a 24h coffe and tea machine for free. We got great advices on what to do while in Florence. The breakfast is a good plus that made the experience much more convenient for us. The hotel is close enought to the main attractions so you can visit walking, but far enought that you don't hear noises from the main areas.

The shower glass does not close correctly.

The staff were so helpful and friendly! We felt at home. Gave great city walk information. Good morning coffee. Due to an incident in Pisa we had a very late check in and the staff waited for us and reached out via WhatsApp.

The stairs to the entrance are a lot and uncomfortable with luggage. Very basic accommodation.

the room was very clean and very functional. the breakfast was good as well. not outstanding, but really good. they had croissants, fruits, cheese, coffee, salami, yogurt, etc

it was a bit far from the centre 20-30 min, but other than that it was really good

the hotel staff spoke really good english, the conversation was easy and comfortable. The hotel was two stars so not too much to look forward to, however this exceeded my expectations! I recommend

the soundproofing of the rooms was poor, there was talking in the hallway through the door. Admittedly, this did not happen many times

The property was in a clean area of town right next to an amazing Italian restaurant. It was also about a 2 min walk from an amazing park for the kids!

The only downside was there is no elevator to the fourth floor. Keep that in mind if you are traveling heavy.

VERY helpful and friendly staff. Always willing to offer help. The manager even offered to look after some of my excess luggage when I moved to another location . . . which was very wise. And the pizzeria that is next door to this location is very good!

Just one word-of-warning: the hotel is a little bit tricky to find. (However that seems to be a thing with Florence. And also, I have not - yet - got an iPhone or a smartphone so I did not have access to a google map app when I was looking for it.)

IT is an old hotel on the second floor of the old house. Needs in my opinion a bit of renovation. Great place to go on some walks in Firenze. Just In Old part of Town. Helpfull personel. Just as it is for a resonable PRICE

Great host, the guy was kind enough to provide us with a map of all the must see places in Firenze. It's a 10 min walk to the cathedral but it might take you longer since there are plenty of pubs and restaurants along the way ;). Also the hotel is located right at the border of the LTZ so it's possible to park your car close by just outside the zone (saves you some money)

It was exceptionally clean, the people at the reception were very helpful and nice.

The rooms were a bit small for the price

The location and the service given by Yuri. He's really welcoming and helpful. Besides, they offer a varied breakfast which is worth the price.
