Nice rooms and generally very clean. We liked the location with its particular flair. Our guest host was very helpful with tips to find good restaurants off the city center.

The breakfast - though ok - was too simple in our opinion. The quality of the presented food was simply too low - come on - we are in Italy. We don't want to see discounter cheese and salami at breakfast.

The room was clean and tidied up frequently, and the bathroom was cleaned daily, which made the shared room experience great. The staff was very kind and helpful (I have personally met Kim, but the same is valid for the communication via text). The location is nice, not that close to the centre but you can take several buses 5 min from there or take a nice walk by the Arno river.

No specific complaints to note here; the room is exactly as shown in the pictures. The beds are a bit squeaky, but nothing out of the ordinary. Just good to note if you’re in the shared room and are a light sleeper.

Truly exceeded our expectations. It felt like they’d thought of everything possible to make our stay comfortable. It’s about a 30 minute walk from the centre of Florence, but this was perfect for us as it was away from the hustle and bustle. The terrace is so peaceful and was lovely to come back for an hour or two during the day and read/have a drink out there. The staff were very hospitable but not overbearing, and you can come and go as you please. Having use of the kitchen was very convenient. Highly recommend staying here, it is great value for money.

The only thing I could think we would have wanted, was more of a cooked option at breakfast. It is self service, but we were expecting more of a meal. However, there are a few places nearby that you can get this.

Very good quality/price. Florence is a really costly town, so bearing in mind a very good location (pretty close to Arno river and StMN church, also city bus stations nearby), a clean room, a comfortable bed - overall it was a very good choice. It is located at the other side of the river, so you must cross the bridge to get to the most attractions (but it is not very far away). Also, a very nice, helpful lady managing this place. Breakfast looked promising but we had no time to wait for it (it starts at 8:30), so at 8 am she prepared us coffee and croissants - a really nice gesture.

Very quiet location, comfortable bed and lovely friendly hosts who not only arranged a taxi to get us back to the station but checked it had arrived and all was well before we left. Breakfast was simple, but plenty of it, and coffee freshly brewed by our hosts! We liked having no TV on the wall as well.

It was a long 3km from the station, but we decided to walk, which was our own fault!! A 23 or C4 bus would have been the sensible option. (or a cab!) Would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room, but again we were aware of this before we arrived.

Everything was perfect, exceeding our expectations! It feels like you are living as an authentic italian person. Both Kim and Simona are great hosts and they cater to your every need with a smile on their faces. The place is perfectly quaint, so cozy and inviting. The garden is a dream, like a secret garden surrounded by other houses and gardens in which the locals have family dinners and the authenticity of it all is through the roof! We fell in love with MòSì and we are definitely coming back!

For us it was okay, but there are a few abrupt stairs at the entrance that might prove difficult to climb when bringing a larger piece of luggage.

The location of the property is amazing! It is 12 minutes by foot to the center of the city and it is yet quiet so that you can properly rest. The hosts Kim and Simona are the next best thing - you can truly feel they care that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is lovely, the garden as well, every detail inside is thoroughly set. We would definitely come back!

Nothing crucial for a perfect stay, but maybe we missed a TV or radio in the room to make a bit of noise (if we're really nitpicking).

Very friendly people, both personnel and guests. It was lovely to chat with either of them at breakfast. Nice recommendations for exploring the city from the personnel. Very good coffee with the breakfast, and decent selection of tees. City center is not so far away, even on foot ( I almost exclusively walked to and fro - but I like to walk a lot and the weather was nice)

If you are staying more then two nights there, the breakfast will surely get boring, since it is all the same and very simple. But again, the coffee mokes up for it and in Florence with all the street food, no one is ever hungry.

Exceptionally clean shared room and bathroom. Met amazing people thanks to choosing this option actually! The property is cosy, well taken care of and easy to get to by public transport (use bus 23! In case you arrive to Amerigo Vespucci Airport — you can take a tram T2 directly from there, very easy to find on your left when you exit the airport, then get to Rosselli stop and change there for bus 23 which will get you directly to Mosi hotel, the stop is called Salutati Cecchi). This location is a bit away from the main attractions but I see that as plus. It's a nice, quiet and safe area.

The cleaning lady was super-friendly, but otherwise from the hosts you feel less of a personal approach, probably due to the influx of tourists. Was asked to pay a tourist tax upon my arrival which I didn't know about beforehand. Also being provided the directions how to find the hotel would help.

Mòsì is located in a beautiful 3 storey stone building. The location is excellent for those travelling my foot. The street in which it is situated is busy but all the rooms on this side have black-out/sound proof shutters. The shared spaces are sizeable and comfortable. The courtyard is compact but pleasant nonetheless.

I stayed in the dormitory and would expect that if you are providing ‘hostel’ accommodation you need the necessary facilities including full access to the kitchen. It was a bit of a tease that such a beautiful kitchen was off limits to guests. I made do with salads but was hoping to use the stove for pasta.
