The best part of this bed-and-breakfast is Mario the host. He was warm and welcoming from the beginning, and offered excellent suggestions for where to go and where to eat. He went above and beyond when we had an issue with our car rental and went out of his way to help us which was much appreciated. We had the room on the upper floor with a large terrace. It was everything that you would want in a hotel room in a unique and charming setting steps from over looking the water. There is a small courtyard where you eat breakfast in the morning which includes fresh fruit, an assortment of pastries and yogurt. The room itself is very clean, and the one that we were staying was incredibly spacious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would not hesitate to come back!

I loved everything about this property! The host Mario is absolutely phenomenal and so accommodating. Breakfast was very fresh and a lot of food every morning with delicious coffee. There is a refrigerator full of waters and other items for a very small price. Everything you could possibly need, that you might have forgotten is also at your disposal. The location is amazing and the rooms are very quiet and dark. Housekeeping was also a nice bonus. I was picked up from the train station and taken back, which was very appreciated. A true gem in Gallipoli!

This place is a top class B & B. The room was spotless, the courtyard where you have your breakfast I'd a lovely space beautifully decorated. The best breakfast is served here. The homemade treats at breakfast time are worth the trip alone. Alot of reviews mention the owner Mario but it is only when you met him in person that you realise that all the reviews are correct he is the best host. His attention to detail is second to none and he makes your stay at Corte Casole a really enjoyable one. This is a lovely relaxing place, it has restaurants on its doorstep and has a host that ensures you have everything you need for your stay in Gallipoli.

Mario the host was fantastic, truly went above and beyond! Honestly, he made the experience unbelievable... He organised and showed us where to park, he fed us, offered coffees whenever he saw us, helped plan our days, booked restaurants on our behalf and much more. HE WAS AMAZING! The room was clean, spacious and we had access to everything you might need while travelling. Next time I go to Puglia, I will definitely stay at Corte Casole again.

What a little gem in Gallipoli old town. Beautifully restored building with lovely Italian style decor.Love love love the tiles!!! Mario was amazing. Very hospitable and will go out of his way to help you have an enjoyable stay. Gallipoli is beautiful. Head down to cafe del mar and have a few spritz and then head down to the rocks for a swim in the crystal clear water! Loads of cafes and bars to check out!!! Overall a very enjoyable stay!

Staying at Corte Casole was a truly exceptional experience. the location is excellent and the room with the terrace was beautiful and perfect. But the real difference was made by our host Mario, the owner: from beginning to end he was extremely helpful, generous, kind, and courteous. When we arrived (later than announced) he waved at us on the street, then took all our luggage up, then accompanied us to the parking lot (free), then gave us outstanding dinner recommendations. The next morning he served an excellent breakfast outside on the city wall, right above the ocean, with fresh fruit, delicious pastry, yoghurt, juice, as much cappuccino as we wanted, and even a little bag to take the leftover pastries with us for the day. He gave us a beach umbrella, beach towels, free mineral water every day, and anything else we could think of. He even checked on our car to make sure everything was alright in the parking lot. Absolutely fantastic—ten stars!

Location was fantastic-right in heart of old city with its labrynth of restaurants and shops. Mario, the host , went absolutely above and beyond. He helped us to find free parking, highlighted places to visit and recommended a great restaurant. Breakfast was delicious and able to be taken in the courtyard. Room was spotless and quiet with all amenities.

This bnb is so lovely. Mario met us at the bnb and took us to the free parking 10 mins walk away, he also upgraded our room for free. He was very helpful with tips for restaurants and what to do in gallipoli. The breakfast was great with fresh pastrys. The room was beautiful with a comfy bed and an amazing bathroom. Would highly recommend this bnb to anyone going to Gallipoli!

Absolutely everything. Mario (the host) is Uber kind and attentive to all deets in order to make our stay the best he can. The B&B is so charming, comfy, plenty of small things that make a huge difference in the atmosphere. Location is also perfect!!! I couldn’t have been in a better place. Definitely the best B&B of my life. It will be difficult to find a better one.

The B &B is really great, with a warm and almost magical atmosphere, particularly in the evenings, with the light of the candles, the ancient stones emerging from the wthiness of the walls and the sound of the sea, which is very close. Il "Signor Mario" is professional, kind an sensitive to all the needs of his guest. We really enjoyed the B&B and the city of Gallipoli.
