Excellent breakfast with good variety of hot and cold dishes, lovely coffee, quiet atmosphere 7.00a.m. onwards. Spotlessly clean property in all areas. Very welcoming and helpful with advice and practicalities, Simple but spacious single room where everything worked perfectly. No problems with wifi connecting. Good connections via metro, bus and tram within 6 mins. walking time.

Nothing about the property but perhaps a little more detail on how to find the property at the beginning of the stay. The map makes it look nearer to Termini but actually Victore Emmanuel station on the Metro is nearer.

Super friendly staff, great location (short walk from Roma Termini, close to subway), good room layout, clean and mostly quiet.

Included soap products in the bathroom are scented so strongly that I could not use them. Maintenance should periodically check the rooms; In mine the drain cover in the shower was not attached properly, and the A/C smelled like “dirty socks,” even after being run for several hours. Breakfast selection is mostly good but the scrambled eggs were not even warm when I tried them and every time I checked out the bacon it was all one mass of cooked-together pieces.

It’s a good location. 10~15 minute walk from the main touristic points in Rome. The breakfast is good, lots of options and things that you can grab and save it for later on your backpack

The TV wasn’t a smart tv. The balcony was dirty and it’s a shared balcony. The door to the balcony was the only “window” in the room so is uncomfortable to, for example, sleep with the door open, because anyone from other rooms could enter your room. Also, if you keep the curtains open anyone in the balcony can see your entire room. But this is the only thing I didn’t like. All the rest was great

Basic room, breakfast is good, you leave your key when you leave the hotel and need to ring a bell to enter each time - There are a number of supermarkets nearby (turn right and next left are a few kiosks and small supermarket ) and restaurants/cafe's - the outside verandas on floor 4 and 5 are ok a nice place to sit with a drink you have to supply yourself - no bar here - under cover so no sun (not a bad thing )

A good 10 min walk to the main railway station the nearest metro station is closed up at the moment - but the one by the railway station is ok -- rooms could be a little more sound proofed

What an absolute Gem of a hotel! The location is superb, the staff are so friendly, helpful and smiley. The Trattoria at the end of the road is a bonus! The room was really spacious, plenty of sockets, tea and coffee making facilities in the room, amazing powerful shower with immediate heat, the room was really quiet. I didn't hear another guest the whole 3 nights we were there. The bed is massive and so so comfy. I'm fussy about my pillow, but these were spot on. The breakfast is on another level! Everything you can think of is served and you can go up as many times as your belly will allow! :-p Everything is fresh and yummy. They even cater for vegans, gluten free and vegetarians for everything. Superb! The breakfast team are superb too! you ask, you receive - more cheese? I got my own plate! ;-) I was a happy happy girl! The hot drinks machine broke, so they made all drinks themselves. Not a bother. The next day we had hot water for tea and fresh coffee was made. I had a wardrobe failure and needed a needle and thread. They happily provided it. We can't fault this amazing place.

That we couldn't move in and stay forever!!! :-)

DH is located near Termini station (but far enough to be safe and quiet place) and metro (line A), fountain with drinkable water is located in front of the main door. Building is greatly renovated, room was very comfortable, there also was small electronic kettle to make tea/coffee. Staff is highly professional and very helpful. Breakfast starts from 7 a.m., which is great advantage, and is of the best quality. There is also beautiful terrace on the 5th floor. It tooks near 10 min. to get Colosseum or St. Maria-Maggiore.

Spacious, quiet, warm, staff is amazing, breakfast amazing.

The floor didn't look very clean and there was a lot of scum on the bottom of the shower door. Also the used cup was not replaced during the cleaning service and one of the cups there was full of dust.

Spacious room, good shower pressure (love the smell of the shower/shampoo soap) neat housekeeping, friendly 24hr reception. Hotel facilities look all new. Single bed was large, 2 pillows given. Good security(main door is locked,need ring bell at night to get in). Not touristy, plenty of good choice eateries around patron by locals. 1 block from the train station. Adequate breakfast choices. Supermarket at adjacent block.

Location at a street that is a bit quiet at night. Although it didn't bother me much but you can hear ppl walking and talking at the corridor.

I've been in this hotel a few years ago, and now again. Very clean room, nice staff, great breakfast. I have to eat gluten free, and before travel they said they offer a small selection of gluten free food. But it was better than the other hotels where I've been earlier. Pleasant surprise. :) We asked an early breakfast on the last day, we got packs with great selection (mine was gluten free).

Comfortable beds, good location, helpfull staff Excelent value for my money.

The room was too hot even though the heating was turned off. Opening the windows helped but it is wastefull.
