Very spacious family room - was plenty of space for family of 4. Comfortable and friendly staff. Good options for breakfast, including a variety of drink options. Good location, for example, only around a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. We’re flexible when our flight was delayed i terms of check in, which avoided us being very stressed worrying if we were going to make it before reception closed for the night.

No elevator, so no choice but to carry heavy luggage up multiple flights of stairs (one flight to get to reception, then another two to get to room). Would have been useful to have had a small kettle in the room for hot drinks rather than having to always go down to the communal area, but this isn’t a massive issue.

A short walk from Rome Termini, this hotel is surprisingly modern, particularly in a building that from the outside appears worn and dated. The bed was incredibly comfortable with great water pressure in the shower, a powerful air conditioner perfect for relief from the heat of Rome in the middle of summer. The free amenities available in the reception are also a nice touch The staff were also incredibly friendly, funny and helpful - it really added to the stay!

The fridge is almost humourously small (unable to fit a 330ml beer), and it’s a little peculiar to only have USB A ports available for charging devices rather than an electrical outlet by the bed. The reception not being available 24 hours is also mildly inconvenient but not a detriment to the overall experience

Cleanliness of the place. Carpets are well maintained. Close to main terminal, train. Saves planet without using small plastic containers for soap and rubbish bins A friendly receptionist, Maria Modern interiors, but no lift, 2nd floor is abit of a hike. Electrical gadget outlets are available for recharging purposes. Quite spacious rooms.

Abit distant to main sight seeing areas. NO LIFT, if you have a baggage its too impossible for you to get to 2nd floor without any help. No kettle in the room. Self selvice are is at downstairs via the reception area and closes. No proper safety box. Its a very small safety box with key. A right amout of eggs and bacon or sausages are served at breakfast, no food waste. Alot of bread tho. And a good selection of drinks like tea coffees and juices at breakfasts. Not a sound proof room and floor.

location is close to Metro. walking distance to Colleseum. Clean and smells good. looks new. staff are very friendly and accommodating. they even helped booking our shuttle/minivan going to airport. the common area is open till 11pm. after a long day you can still hang out and relax… with free hot and cold water.Good breakfast… for €10. i love The bathrooms … almost like a five star hotel style…so huge and well lit and new. The room itself has a lot of space…to put luggages… for a family of 4… a lot of space for 8 luggages and carry on. no smelly floor carpet. supermarket across the street and lots of places to eat.

no elevator but staff are very helpful with the luggages. garbages outside the hotel… but that’s the city problem.

Loved everything about this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and super clean. The beds were a bit firm, but some people prefer that. The staff was very helpful and kind. The AC is very quiet so you may think it’s not working at first, but give it some time. There’s an AMAZING restaurant around the corner named Vecchia Roma that I highly recommend — get there early or make reservations (very popular!).

The exact street of the hotel is a bit rugged / dirty with trash, but overall it’s a really great location and close to all the main areas within walking distance.

Room is big, clean, with big bathroom and shower. The location is good, close to all the atractions, even tho in the beggining we we're a little bit skeptical because of the street is was located in. We were allowed to leave the luggage before the check-in at the front desk because we had an early flight and also after the check-out they stored our luggage for the rest of the day because we had a late night flight. They are offering free coffee, cold water and snacks for free in the lobby all day long. Would definetelly book again.

Francesco is the guy you are looking for even though i spent hours looking for information before i came to Italy, but getting info on where to go and when and where to shop from a local guy is more than perfect ...the hotel have The free water and tea and herbs .....and of course our room is very newly refurbished and very very clean i loved it, it always smelled good and i was very comfy

As a fellow hotelier i would for sure make the reception open 24 hours for many reasons....keep up the good job all the best

The room was a very good size for a family of four. Comfortable beds, amazing bathroom. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. It was a treat to be able to have a free of charge cup of tea and piece of cake throughout the day. The location was great, short walk to the main station and metro station and only 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum. I would pick this hotel again if I was ever to return to Rome.

The only negative was the safe in the room which was a tiny box that wasn't attached to anything so could easily be picked up and taken out of the room.

Clean, modern, and simple design. Free teas and water, very helpful staff. A quick walk from the Line A metro, taking you directly to all the main attractions like Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi, etc. Far enough from tourist trap restaurants and a quick walk to the main train terminal to connect to airport. Decent cold breakfast options including maca powder and granola.

WiFi was pretty horrible, even in the main lounge. It was unusable in the room, and overall was frustrating.

The hotel was clean and spacious with a modern stylish decor. The staffs were genuinely nice and very helpful. But what I loved most was their attention to details and personal touch. It was our honeymoon and had a 24 hours journey, to my surprise they let us checked in early and even prepared a thoughtful gift for us which is the bottle of Champagne. They made us feel so special. Will definitely come back again to experience their excellence service and personal touch.
