During my recent trip to Italy, I had the pleasure of staying at Guesthouse Biondi, and I must say it was an amazing experience. The guesthouse is located in a bustling neighborhood, but the moment I entered my room, I couldn't hear a thing from outside. The room was simple, but perfect for a good night's sleep. What's more, the air conditioning made it comfortable even in the hot summer weather. The bathroom was more than adequate and had all the necessary amenities. However, what really set this place apart was the amazing host, Giulia. She contacted us a day before our arrival to ensure that everything was in order and that we knew how to get there. She was very helpful throughout our stay, providing us with lots of information about the city and helping us arrange transportation. Another great aspect of this guesthouse was its flexibility with check-in time. We were able to check in early, which was a huge plus for us. Giulia was extremely accommodating, and her kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely recommend Guesthouse Biondi to anyone visiting the area. It is a great value for the money, and with a wonderful host like Giulia, you can't go wrong. Thank you, Giulia, for making our stay so memorable!

The only downside was that the doors in the guesthouse were a bit noisy. We could hear guests entering and exiting their rooms at night if they were not careful.

The owner is very kind and helpful, and the room was clean. The place is located near Termini's station and the Colosseum is 15 minutes walk away. I would recommend it!

Great for a basic stay in Rome, about halfway between the train station and the Colosseum. Comfy beds, good air con and spacious bathrooms. The host was lovely and let us check in early which we really appreciated. Tea and coffee making facilities are available (with tea and coffee provided).

Worth noting that the "private bathrooms" are private in the sense that each room has a bathroom that only they can access - however the bathrooms are all at the end of the hallway rather than being ensuite style/accessed from the room.

The location is great! We could easily walk to the colosseum and there was a metro station within a 4 minute walk. The staff were really lovely and made us feel at home. We had access to a kettle and they offer free cakes, chocolate and have a communal fridge. It feels like an apartment with rooms being rented out so the bathrooms are private but you walk through a hallway to get to them. Overall good value for money!

The main issue with the room was that the wifi signal was weak and would drop out every now and then. So I wouldn’t recommend it for someone on a working holiday. The room did feel stuffy at times.

The room was good enough for us, coming from a cruise, basic comfort, shower a little small, but the whole place was spic and span, to us very important. The location is perfect, Rome is mostly a walkable city, close by the B&B is the Coliseum, several other sites and hop on hop off options. Communication with the hostess was perfect. Giulia made our taxi arrangements. Thank you Giulia! for the welcoming chocolate bar. Suggestion: to have a small microwave. The tea kettle was a must for my nightly tea!

very good location, very clean environment, very friendly and helpful host

the independent bathroom is a bit inconvenient (especially when it’s late and you don’t want to be noisy and wake others up). I hope maybe one can modify the sound isolation there.

The hosts were very kind and flexible. I didn't announce our late arrival, but they solved it and welcomed us. We received chocolate as a gift and the apartment was clean, and the cleaning staff came every morning. Thank you Giulia, we will choose you again next time! 😉

Wonderful staff and owner who all made me feel at home away from home. Little extras made this stay head and shoulders above others in Rome. Fantastic. Will be back when in Rome.

Can not find one fault really. Everything we needed was there or quickly available.

comfortable ambiance, cleanliness, Giulia the front desk staff is very much welcoming, friendly and approachable.. “highly recommended to all travelers.” It’s very accessible to all tourist spots, groceries, restaurants and transportations. but we did a lot of walking Colosseum is a few minutesaway. Friendly staff (Giulia was very responsive to our queries and tried to accomodate our requests as much as possible), convenient location (15 mins walk from Rome Termini and 5 mins walk from Vittorio Emanuel station) and clean accomodations with good wifi connection.

Room was a little dusty, could do with some airing out.
