The staff is really friendly. I made a mistake and booked one double bed instead of two single beds. They changed it for us immidiately. I really appreciate it. They also showed us a map of Rome and gave us some advice. he location is also great, only 15 min walk from Colosseum.

The owner offered an upgrade for a room with private bathroom outside the room instead of shared bathroom IF we would give them a 10. After I declined and said it wasn't fair, we got the upgraded room anyway. I've read in the earlier reviews that there's probably one room without the bathroom inside, so you get the private bathroom outside anyway.

Our stay in Rome was fantastic! The location is more than perfect, with the metro, bus, and tram stations just a three-minute walk away, as well as being a short walk from the Colosseum. The surrounding area boasts an abundance of options for breakfast, dinner, and beverages, providing a diverse range of choices. The room was cozy, and the staff, especially the owner Elbert, was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were particularly grateful for his prompt assistance when we encountered a small problem during our citybreak. The daily cleaning was a nice touch. The memory pillow provided an excellent night's sleep, a rare find in hotels.

The only drawback was the small bathroom, but it wasn't a big issue for our short stay.

Excellent location, nice staff, everything was clean, we were taken by suprise that the second day our room was tidied up during the day. We also got our own bathroom despite we bougt a verion with a shared one- thank you Elbert :)

The only disadvantage I can mention is the fact that when we arrived to Kambal at the time we informed that we will come, our room wasn't ready yet and we had to wait over an hour to get our room.

Hello, What a kind and great hospitality from Elbert and Randy from Kambal B & B! Price is affordable and the room is modern and clean with standard amenities. Mhany is also a great resources with his tips on transportation and very accommodating. I woke up as there were just a few noise around midnight to 1 am not sure what it was about as I can hear them outside of my room.

Great communication and easy to navigate. It is only 10 min walk from the termini train station. The room was super clean and equipped with everything you need and more.

The street is a little shabby at first impression, but soon you will find out that the corner bar downstairs is nice and very good with their prices!

There was no staff member at the moment of the checkout. While _we agreed on this_, it would be better if there was some staff member to confirm at checkout that everything is fine. Mind, this is a very minor remark. The stay at Kambal was impeccable.

Great location, all attractions are close. The manager was friendly, always answered messages and calls, even before arriving in Rome! He helped us find our way around, recommended good restaurants! The room is cleaned every day! We are grateful for any help, because it meant a lot to us! Rating 10+!!!

Lovely room, has been modernised since the photos! We were pleasantly surprised by this. Bed was super comfy and is an ideal location with just a short walk away for most of the sights!

The bathroom was usable, the shower was very small and the toilet system would make very loud noises upon flushing which left a really bad smell.

Picture of "rich" breakfast Im adding (for one person one coffee or tea and 2 small pastries- it is not continental as is in description) and it served in separate building (2 min walk) which is pretty cold in winter due to open doors. Shower can be problematic for oversized person.

The location of the property was perfect distance to the big attractions, train station and shopping/dining. The room was air conditioned which was perfect for the summer months. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff were very friendly and hospitable making us feel very welcome.
