The location was prefect, the hotel is adorable, very clean. Every morning for breakfast, we were welcomed by Luisa she is a wonderful happy and cheerful lady, she welcomed us by name and would get a coffee for my husband and cappuccino for me as soon as we arrived. The hotel is a family run business, Biaggio and Franco are the owners, these two guys, their family and employees were accommodating to all our needs, they also have a restaurant in the hotel which we preferred eating at. We went to few other places, we didn’t fine them to be as good, so for the most part we just ate at the restaurant in the hotel. The location was prefect, right in core of the down town area. 2 min walk to a great beach area, laundry Matt down the street. 15 min walk to the port.

This hotel was beautiful. Our room was so clean and spacious, the bathroom was a standout! We had a balcony that had a view of the beach at the end of the street and it was great for drying our swimmers and towel each night. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, a good variety of foods, not just cakes. The restaurant attached the to hotel is amazing, especially the pizza! The location was perfect, on the main shopping street, 5 min walk from the port and 2 min walk from the beach. Would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again!

Great location, 10 minutes walk to the port, right in the heart of the small city, loads of bars, caffes, trattorias etc around Great service from the personnel, they really catered to any need and promptly and kindly offered support whenever needed Excellent breakfast, for a rather small B&B in Italy, as part of the night rate to have sweet and also savory options (local fresh cold cuts, boiled eggs, cheese, butter etc) is quite rare at this price. The breakfast was delicious! Raffaelle has a gelateria, trattoria and caffe/bar besides the hotel, we used all of them and everything they do is really good - the restaurant has good food, gelateria and pasticceria also, nothing more you could ask for.

Is worth paying a bot more and opting for one of the recently renovated rooms at the upper floors are they are more bright and have natural sunlight as opposed to the ones located at ground floor. You do get good value for money considering the Ischia average accommodation prices, especially during high season.

The hotel was fantastic! The room was really cozy and clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were really helpful and friendly. 😊 The location was perfect, close to the ferry, the supermarket and the beach as well. The hotel's restaurant, bakery and gelato was also really great! 😍

The only thing that was a little bit inconvinient was the bad soundproofing of our door. We could here the cleaning staff and the other guests talking in front of our door, in the morning. In addition, just one suggestion: a "do not disturbe" or a "no cleaning please" sign would be really nice addition. And in the spirit of environmental awareness, there could be a sign that the guest does not request the change of the towels, even if cleaning is required. (This is common in many European hotels.)

Wonderful, super helpful staff! They made us feel like family. A 10 minute walk from the Port, in the middle of a wonderful historic district, filled with great stores. Just a 1 minute walk to a nice clean beach filled with great beachside restaurants. The room was simple and just what was needed to come back to at the end of a long day. Clean, comfortable, and with good air conditioning! The restaurant and cafe downstairs were amazing. Their food made me feel like I was being fed by someone's grandmother, but with elegance! We plan on going back!

This hotel is the best location in Ischia Porto! Da Raffaele occupies the whole street corner with a restaurant, snack bar, and gelateria. It is right on the main pedestrian shopping street with lots to see. It is a 10 minute walk to the port which is great. There are buses to get around the island and the beach is just 5 minutes behind the hotel. The room was simple but good enough for a beach holiday. Breakfast included was great.

The bathrooms are slightly dated and the showers are small, but still functional.

We were in a deluxe room, which looked like recently renovated. Everything was great. Cleanliness, lots of space, the bed was comfortable, etc. The location was perfect and the staff was very helpful. Very good breakfast as well.

Difficult to find something negative honestly. My only suggestion would be to add an extra chair/armchair in the room, although I'm sure that if we requested it, the staff would have provided it.

The staff is very nice and helpful. I have food allergies and was provided with extra food at breakfast suitable for me. The room was cleaned and towels changed every day. The hotel is located in the center surrounded by restaurants and small shops, a good supermarket is in a walking distance. A nice beach is just 3 minutes away.

Given the location it can noisy until late in the night and early in the morning when the city wakes up.

Very pleasant and helpful staff! We have booked a standart but received upgrade room. The greatest thing was a huge terrace. Great location! 5 minutes to the city beach and 16 minutes to the seaport and bus stop. Delicious food in the restaurant (for lunch and dinner).

Poore breakfast (as for Italians hotels). Simple rooms. Standard room is too small.

A very convenient location, 5 minutes walk from the ferry and 2 minutes from a beach, in the centre of the town with shops and restaurants around. Clean room and an extemely friendly host, as well as good breakfast.

The very central location comes with some street noise, but it's to be expected.
