Great location, simple but nice rooms and the pool area was great

Unfortunately my AC in the room didn’t work, but that’s the only bad things

Great staff, we were allowed to have earlier check in and later check out, central location, nearby the beach, port, shopping streets and resaurant, roof terrace with sunbeds, thermal spa, nice style and design, restaurant at the place

Outdoor pool is announced on the Booking, but not functioning, ants invasion in the room, poor ventilation in the bathroom,

Location near the port, near the S.Pietro public beach.We changed the room for other with balcony.It was clean and nothing was missing.The hotel is not modern but has a soul.Nice outside pool and lovely small spa,also jacuzzi with termal water on the roof terrace.

Breakfast 12E,could be cheaper.

I really don’t know what to say. I came here last minute and it was the best decision I made. I did not even expect that much quality. The room, the bathroom, the restaurant, the area, pools, jakuzzi, sauna… everywhere is super clean and comfortable. Wifi works very well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish i would stay there more than just 1 night. It is well located in the town and close to everything. The beach is 3 mins walk distance. The pool was amazing. Terrace was amazing. You can literally relax there and dont think about anything

At around 21:00 i just asked for a hot water or tea etc but they said they can only serve cold beverages. :( that would be great to have a machine there or something else :)

Everything, the place is incredible, it has everything you need to make your stay pleasant and cozy. The facilities are impeccable, with an exquisite design. The room is very spacious, with a beautiful balcony and a very comfortable bed. The area is a 10, very close to the Ferry station, restaurants and shops and the castle. All the people I had contact with (reception, kitchen and toilet) made me feel at home, with friendly and attentive treatment. I was only going to stay one night but the service was so good that I decided to extend my stay.

Everything was perfect.

Location, location, location. Wow what a gem of a place. Only a small stroll from the port. 100 metres to the beautiful shopping area, with numerous boutiques, shops, pastry shops, cafes and bars on a long stretch of pedestrianised streets. Beach is only around the corner too. Pool was lovely with bean bags for loungers, different but they actually worked. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Balcony was small and faced the back with no view but it was only for short stay so got over it.

Such a lovely place to stay, completely exceeded expectations and I don’t think the booking.com pictures do it justice. The pool is such a great asset to have as well as the spa facilities. It’s in such a great location and walkable to so many local cafes and restaurants. The rooms were immaculate and serviced daily, which is far more than we expected. Breakfast was good for the price and the staff could not of done any more for us, we wouldn’t hesitate to return on our next trip to Ischia!

Nothing at all!

Amazing location close to the port and to all the shops and restaurants. 20-25 min walk to the castle and 5 min walk to the central bus station where you can get buses to every where in the island. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. The spa is also great with a pool in the lower lever and 2 thermal hot tubes in the top floor. The wifi worked well.

The breakfast was a bit limited.

It was so close to the beach all the little shops and so many restaurants. If you enjoy walking and exploring this is a great base . The buses are just up the road a few minutes walk . We walked from the port to the hotel it's a flat walk so not too bad to pull your suitcase along we timed it from the hotel 8 minutes walk . It was a bit noisy in our room which was on the 1st floor facing the road . We didnt mind as we enjoy watching people and seeing how they all live . It had a cute spacious balcony . Somewhere you could hang some washing to dry . There was also a laundromat down the road . We enjoyed our stay immensely.

That the swimming pool was closed for renovations and we weren't informed prior to arriving. I choose this hotel as it had a swimming pool . There was a very shallow pool we could use and we did have a float around but it's only about 2 or 3 ft deep .

Lovely, traditional holiday hotel in the center of Ischia, just 10-15min walking to the ferry piers. The entrance area is welcoming and the whole hotel is designed with a local feel and lots of pretty, colorful ceramic tiles. The staff was friendly and professional and spoke good English and German. They went above and beyond my expectations when assigning us a quiet room with a nice view by giving us one of the only 2 rooms on the top floor with a huge rooftop terrace. We were even able to check in a little earlier. The room was well equipped with mini fridge, shower gel, fluffy, extra pool towels - even with a anti-mosquito plug that worked well. It was a little worn, but the beds were new and very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean and well kept. But the best was the pool/spa! There is a brand new outdoor pool on the ground floor with comfortable loungers, a nice indoor pool and sauna area as well as a spacious rooftop terrace with two hot tubs filled with thermal water and plenty of sunbeds. The thermal water was amazing and made my skin so soft! Please make sure to wear only dark swimwear, as the brownish color of the water will stain light fabrics. They replace the water each morning.
