The main advantage of the hotel is people: an incredibly friendly professional staff! Especially the restaurant staff is just one big wonderful family! It's just impossible to not get attached to them! )) An excellent location of the hotel, a very friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Delicious food and spacious rooms, a very interesting historical design of the hotel, wonderful pool, a nice private beach and stunning views from the restaurant terrace. Already missing the island and the hotel and looking forward to staying there again!

The location in the center of pedestrian street of Ischia Porto.

Absence of Internet. Very limited choice on breakfast. The absence of spa in the hotel.

The location is great. Beautiful garden. Hotel has chairs and umbrellas available at the beach.

Room was very basic. For the price other hotels offer more. Needs renovation.

Amazing location, a traditional hotel in amazing gardens the property is filled with antiques and had a unique decor which we loved. The pool is amazing set in gardens, the water is warm and really helped my back! Staff were super friendly and happy to help, even though we spoke little Italian. I would love to visit again. The room was quiet at the back of the hotel near the pool which we liked. We mainly had the pool to ourselves and it has a very relaxed atmosphere, Drinks served by the pool and snack availble at lunchtime. Short walk to loads of restaurants and bars and shopping if you want that. We didn't travel around the island but probably will next time, glad we went here instead of Capri, it was pleasantly busy and not too overrun with tourists, June is a good time to go.

Only slight issue was I felt that the bed was a little hard and could have used more pillows. The bathroom needs some touching up but it was nothing major.

Super charming old villa that was turned into a hotel. Great location ,no road noise !. The staff were exceptionally, always trying to help in any way they could. The views from the restaurant were so beautiful. The breakfast and dinner were very nice. Maybe consider not getting the dinner package so you can try some of the countless amazing restaurants on the island. Most of them are a really good value. A very memorable place to stay !

Pillows aren't the best but I find that to be the case in many hotels especially in Italy

Lovely pool and garden/ patio to enjoy. With classic furnishings authentic Italian style. Good cleaning service and great shuttle service to Naples Airport, including ferry, at a good cost. Staff have good English and are very pleasant, especially reception and bar. Location is great for the quaint shops. There are excusikns available to book. Was hot in early Aug' a great stay!

We booked full board, but found the menu didn't work out so well for our young children. Food has to be ordered from set options at the start of the day, at breakfast for dinner. Unfortunately by 8pm our child was too tired or unable to manage their plate. Breakfast was easy, as it was a continental buffet where you ate as much or as little as you like and had choice for the different needs.

Excellent location and hotel! Located right on the main pedestrian street of the island with the beach within walking distance! Nice relaxing pool in a lush green tropical garden! Dining terrace and veranda overlooking the sea, enchanting. Ideal for solo travelers and couples. Not that much for families with little kids.

Dining terrace and veranda, although with amazing view, it was super hot during summer, especially veranda where we were located (once your place is assigned, you cant be changed if the hotel is fully booked, be aware!). Not suitable for families with young kids.

Great venue and location. Clean and staff are really friendly. Food was excellent, I was expecting ‘hotel’ food but actually it was pretty good. all in all a really nice experience and I would definitely use this hotel again.
