We visited Ischia for a day trip and it was so beautiful we didn't want to leave. We booked the hotel last minute because we could see is from the beach! The staff was so lovely, welcoming and helpful. You have to be buzzed in to the hotel at all times so it is incredibly safe. They truly have thought of everything to give you the best stay possible. Take all of their restaurant recommendations, thermal baths, etc.

Signage on where to enter for the first time- we eventually just pressed the buzzer by the beach. Maybe include it in check in details?

Location, close to the sea and the city center, many restaurants and shops . Very clean rooms, very friendly stuff, and an excellent breakfast on the terrace👍

Mosquitos

The location is very good, easy access to the beach and in the center. I really liked the patio. The room is average size.

The smell in the bathroom and the noisy guests. The walls are thin.. we were lucky that the party-goers slept around 11 pm.. otherwise…

Clean and modern hotel, right in the city near to shops and restaurants. On the beach. Nice beds, perfect staff.

Breakfast terrace is marvelous, unfortunatelly we used it only once becouse breakfast are week. I hate you cannot self service. Really.

The location is very good. The room was comfortable with good shower, although a little dark due to the dark shutters with the built-in mosquito nets (suggestion: separate out the net and the shutter and you could have the room bright but still keep the insects out). The breakfast was good but the waiter service instead of buffet-style seemed unnecessarily time-consuming and awkward.

Lovley location. 2 minutes from the beach, 15 minute walk from the Ferry and Bus services 20 minute walk to the castle and so close to shopping and eateries. The staff was so kind and accommodating and the rooms were lovely and clean and the shower had amazing pressure (something hard to come by back home). 100% excellent value. Can't wait to return.

The breakfast. No self serving but limited choices. Would be better to have trolley service to the table if they don’t want you to touch the food. Also weak wifi.

Small room and even smaller bathroom. The bathroom door is next to the head of the bed. Very unpleasant.😩

I really enjoyed my stay, The staff were super nice, friendly and helpful. I got a free upgrade to my hotel room, which was a good surprise. The location is excellent to reach restaurants, bars, shops or even the port.

The bathroom had a weird smell and the breakfast was a bit disappointing.
