We got delayed due to train travel issues and were not able to fully use the facilities like we planned. They have an outdoor pool, jacuzzi, garden area, bar area, indoor pool which looked amazing but did not get to use it so cannot comment based on what we just saw. Overall it is set up to be a complete relaxing, sort of theme part of set up minus the theme park rides. Since we missed one night of stay we were offered one night complimentary dinner and it was great. Parking was included in our stay and they have a few spots not sure on how it works during the busy summer season. Parking is a luxury in this island due to space. If you are not in a rush like us the public transportation, shuttle service from hotel, water taxis, taxis will all work out ok and you dont have to do the driving in narrow areas. The hospital staff are friendly and helpful to make the stay comfortable. We were offered refreshing mocktails which got us settled after the long train, ferry rides. Complimentary breakfast was ok not my favorite as it was loaded with bread, pastry and cakes. There were fruits but I was hoping for some vegetables and eggs. Maybe we were there early than the usual breakfast time. The room size was pretty good, enought to rest after long days of exploration and there is outdoor/patio set up as well. We could not use it due to rains. The beds are comfortable with enough space to move around and a nice small table area with electric kettle. The bathroom was pretty big and we were provided enough toiletries to last for more than our stay. Overall a good place to rest when in Ischia.

Nice pool, relaxed atmosphere at the hotel, large bathroom in the room, cute backyard connected to the room, fantastic yoga teacher who gave lessons in the morning, the small chocolate croissants were delicious at breakfast

Our bed wasn’t very comfortable (we had some back pain after sleeping on it). At the breakfast, the warm foods (e.g. scrambled eggs) were rather cold. The street outside the hotel is very busy and it is hard to walk along the road (not hardly any space for pedestrians). Hence the hotel’s shuttle service information with timetables could be more public to guests so it would be easier to plan the day beforehand. The sauna didn’t have a bucket for the water so the sauna did not heat up properly - it was very mild for us Finns. :D

The location was good but a little tricky to walk to places due to cars on the road. Loved the pool and the great breakfast spread . The free shuttle was great but limited . Beautiful place , comfortable beds .

One gentleman who worked there was always giving us the wrong information . They canceled the happy hour party they had advertised because the singer was sick but didn’t inform anyone that it was canceled . Very unprofessional , they could have still had the party or had a backup singer . I dragged my family back for it so I was disappointed.

Very nice resort with nice view towards hills. Only few minutes walking distance to beach and about 15minutes to the village. Outdoor pool area was really nice. Room was large and having some own yard Hotel is having a free shuttle service for short distance trips. Very friendly staff!

Breakfast was quote basic To get to beach and to the village you need to walk some hundreds of meters of busy road that is not really having room for pedesterians

A great hotel with great staff . We were late for dinner with our 2 young daughters and the staff did not turn us away but very kindly accommodated us. What a great experience . We stayed all day after checking out ( indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna ) Complimentary drinks . English speaking staff who went the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. We are impressed with this hotel ( big thank you to the team leader of the waitresses) what a great man . Thank you once again

Clean and clear pool with an amazing view of the mountains, great location in Forio, just a few minutes walk from the beach and Forio center with lots of restaurants around. Breakfast was reach with many options, the stuff was kind and offered activities in the Island.

The bank bed was inconvenient for the kids, they complained it had stains on the bed sheets and mattress weren’t comfortable. Walls are very thin so you can hear the next room neighbors conversations loud and clear:).

Nice room with air conditioning, very clean, beautiful grounds. Staff were helpful to book excursions etc..

Not much happening at night, could have benefitted from a better snack bar offering around the pool. Very limited in opening hours. Looked like a great pizza oven at terrace but wasn't open during our stay. 15 min walk to Forio but down the side of a very busy road and buses were always very full.

We really loved this hotel, and the island in general. The hotel employees were kind and the food was exceptional. They even had a high chair set up for our baby for us at our next meal. While the weather was terrible while we were there (cold and rainy), the indoor pool was warm and we had lots of fun. We were really happy with the shuttle service too. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We were caught off guard when they took our passports at arrival, but we got them back that evening.

The hotel looks even better in reality, it's like you are in Heaven, surounded by plants and palm trees. The people are very nice and friendly (the restaurant staff was so kind - thank you Salvatore!), the breakfast was very good, with large and good selection and also the restaurant was very good. We appreciated very much the live music in the evenings, we had great time!

I would advise anyone who books the hotel to take advantage of the free shuttle bus who takes you to the beach. Even if Chiaia beach is only 2 stops from the hotel, the busy traffic makes it dangeours to walk by foot and the public transport (we used it quite a lot) is very bad, on the whole island. The bus schedule is very chaotic and the buses are extremely crowded, they ruin the whole experience).

The breakfast buffet was really wonderful and had a wide selection. The pool and the sauna were also highlights during our stay. The rooms were comfortable (great AC) and clean, though perhaps a little small (double bed room). We were able to use the complimentary shuttle once, and that was a nice perk!

We had a slight issue with ants in our room, but we learned after the first day not to keep any open food or drinks in the room. While some of the wait staff was really wonderful (receptionists), some of the food staff was a little curt at times- probably just a bit overwhelmed with the number of guests.
