I booked on the same day as arrival after being disappointed at a different hotel on arrival. I was welcomed by lovely staff and had a lovely room near the pool area. Delicious breakfast and options to eat for lunch and dinner if needed. A beautiful walk down to Sant'Angelo takes about 40 mins. Gorgeous views all the way. Very peaceful location, which is exactly what I wanted. Beautiful gardens.

If you walk up to Panza, the nearest village, it is a very steep hill. It's not a dislike as such, but others need to be aware. You can obviously get taxis. I chose not to get the bus from panza and took taxis across the island, but this can be expensive. You might need to consider car or scooter hire

The staff are amazingly friendly and approachable. They could not do enough to help. The thermal pool was so relaxing and left you, and your skin feeling in great shape. The breakfast was sufficient. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and very well designed with lovely terraces where you could relax and enjoy the sun. The room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of space. The balcony was lovely to sit out on. We had dinner at the hotel a couple of evenings and the food was good. The choice of wine was good with a very drinkable white or red costing just €14.

The breakfast coffee, It was out of a machine and surprisingly weak and tasteless. The atmosphere in the dining room at dinner would, in my opinion, have been improved with some background music. The wifi signal at times was very weak, but the staff went out of their way to help you get the best signal available from the two routers they had.

The staff is very nice and very accomodating. The hotel is surrounded of beautiful and big cactus. The big warm pool is very nice. It is very clean. We had a great room with on the first floor with a private balcony. It is a very quiet place. You are at 9 minutes away by walk to the Sorgeto Beach witch as hot springs. There are also few good restaurant at walking distance, and some with fantastic views on the ocean and Sant'Angelo.

If you don't have car, I would not rent in this part of the Island because you are a bit on a dead-end. You are walking distance from the very small village of Panza but you need to take a bus for Sant'Angelo and all other destinations. You end up spending hours on the bus. However, if you have a car, this is a great destination. The bus can take à long time to come. You loose a lot of time waiting for buses. The rooms are not soundproof. As is it a rather quiet place with rather old customers, this was not a big issue. The air conditioning was very noisy. Unfortunately, we could not sleep with the air conditioning on.

I wasn’t expecting to have such an amazing stay after seeing that location is far from center and i wasnt using car. I think it was the best decision, they have regular shuttle to different areas, hotel is so cute and there is an amazing restaurant with walking distance. Do not hesitate to stay here, rates are more affordable thab other places and you can rent a car. Even view and area was so beautiful

I think beds are uncomfortable and wifi in room doesnt work but it didint bother us.

The property, garden and pools are gorgeous! An amazing array of catci, succulents hibiscus, palms trees, you name it....with 3 pools open all day and night, two warm, one cold. Federico and Francesca at the front desk are more than willing to help with all your questions. A great place to stay and hang out, and a great location to feel relaxed after a day out on the island.

Could hear neighbours either who wake up at 6am opening windows, smoking and talking or who is coming back to room after midnight, taking.

Beautiful terraced garden landscape with swimming pools (24/7), lounge seats and sunbeds. Very friendly and helpful staff. There was a problem with the ac but it was resolved quickly!

Nothing. Look beyond the dated styling of the room and you'll see that everything is well maintained. I recommend to have your own scooter or car to tour around the island

Great value for money. Located on the west shore of Ischia in between Forio and Sant'Angelo. There are so many beautiful things to see close to the hotel so the location is highly recommended. If you are not in a physical good shape you would need to have another type of commute, like a scooter or car. We walked. There are couple of nice restaurants up the hill. Also tried the restaurant at the hotel for the dinner. The swimming pool is awesome and you are able to hop in at whatever time you want during the day. Nice infinity views over the ocean.

Could provide with better information about what is the best way to get to the hotel. We took the taxi from the ferry in Porto d'Ischia which costed around €40. On the way back we just paid around €3 for the bus ticket for the same distance.

It is really near to the Sorgeto thermal beach People who work there are incredibly kind and helpful The room was really clean and comfortable. They also gave us a bigger room with a sea view. The breakfast is really good. They had a lot of options comparing to other hotels in Italy. The hot pools were really relaxing we enjoyed them a lot.

Beautiful garden, extremely friendly staff, lovely rooms with breathtaking views. The location is excellent for visiting the whole island by public transport. The swimming pool with warm thermal water is the icing on the cake. Great value for money
