Extraordinary levels of comfort and beautifully appointed we could not have wished for a more perfect place to be in Lecce and to explore Puglia. The staff were all wonderful and the breakfasts fantastic. I can’t praise this hotel highly enough. The concierge helped with some wonderful restaurant recommendations nearby. There is an outstanding roof terrace which was lovely to relax in during the evenings. I had a dental emergency and the concierge recommended and booked a very nice dentist. And in terms of design we were blown away by the art and comfort of the many and varied communal spaces. Honestly I think this place is hard to beat and we can't wait to return some day.

What a fantastic property! Me and my husband stayed here as part of our mini moon in Puglia and it was hands down the best place we stayed at. The staff were exceptional booking a fabulous restaurant for us, arranging for us to have the spa for ourselves and helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location in the heart of Lecce was perfect. We honestly cannot fault our stay. We will absolutely be back!

Incredible decor and design from the communal areas to the rooms and the beautiful rooftop terrace. Perfect location for exploring the old town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. Would definitely come back.

Small point but it is worth remembering that the recommended parking area is a good 10 minute walk from the hotel if you have a big case. Also the people that run this parking lot (not associated with the hotel) tend to overcharge.

The hotel is even more beautiful in person than the pictures on the website. No detail was overlooked in the decor of the palace, which includes the owner's vast collection of artwork mixed with her impeccable style. Our room was very spacious and beautiful with great views of Lecce. What make this place so exceptional is the staff. From the minute we arrived the owner, Miriam, Ludovica, Georgia, and Federico went out of their way to make us feel at home. They were always available to make reservations for us and answer any questions we had to ensure we had the best possible experience in Lecce.

Driving there and parking was a bit tricky given the narrow streets with many pedestrians. Anyone who plans to drive there should rent the smallest car possible. Probably best just to take a taxi.

The place was outstanding, beautiful and well located, all of the personnel were very nice and serviceable, the rooms and roof terrace were gorgeous, overall experience awesome, we are coming back.

Palazzo Maresgallo is full of beautiful, objects and works of art dutifully chosen by the owners. Elegant and full of taste. Breakfast was delicious and varied, offered in a unique setting. Everyone made us feel the most important people in the world. Attentive and helpful. Friendly and warm. We had a remarkable stay and believe no booking app can give enough credit to the place. You just have to go and see it yourself.

Beautiful palace, a unique décoration ,each space is special. the rooms are big, and common spaces are huge , big roof top terrass , the breakfast is very special, delicious, you fell home with a big variety, and with a great service. The staff the best of the best.. Will go back for sure

the place was faultless , I however would recommend better communication re parking. the parking is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel and ideally a member of staff should assist in taking you too or from as your check in.

We loved the elegant decor mixed with new tasteful pieces of furniture and art. The staff could not have been more helpful and the owner was passionate about the property that she had lovingly researched and restored into a fabulous place to stay.
