Everything was excellent, Giuseppe our host was really kind and helpful, he gave us some tips and was there to inform us in everything we needed, the property is near exactly the historic center of Lecce. The only thing that we didn't like was the lack of parking at the property, so you had to park wherever you could (we found near the property) but it was not free, this happens to whole Italy so you have to get used to it,so search for properties that provide you parking (not too many)if this is an issue to you. Breakfast was served at a very nice Caffè called alvino just near the property at the beautiful piazza sant'oronzo after getting 5 euro ticket per person for everyday from Giuseppe. Great for the local coffee Leccece and a traditional sweet called Pasticciotto! We would definitely stay again if we come back some day.

Lack of parking

The location is great, in the center, yo can get by foot to the most important places. If you're there with a car, finding a parking spot is a nightmare and expensive when you are there more days. The place was good, but my room didn't get cleaned in between (I stayed 4 nights total). The coupon you get for breakfast ist ok! Depends how much you eat, you'll have to give a small difference! Giuseppe was a good host.

Great location close to all the attractions of Lecce. Spotlessly clean room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Great AC. Small fridge and kettle. Good sized bathroom with great water pressure.

Room was on the smaller side, which might bother some.

The location (you'll stay just at the beginning of the old town, very handy if you travel by car and need to park nearby), the way Giuseppe goes the extra mile to help his guests, the attention to the silent time (also during the day), the breakfast you'll have in the oldest and among the best bakery of the city (you'll get a 5euro coupon on your arrival per person), the welcome cookies and fresh water in the fridge were nice touches. The bakeries, groceries, 3 pharmacies, a newsstand, greengrocer all within 200m

The room has original single layer glass windows. Although we loved the location, we were woken up every morning (around 6 am) by the garbage collectors and the truck. On the ground floor just under our room a new place was set up so plenty of noise from the works there too. There is NOTHING Giuseppe can do about it and we think it's a down side of the location, maybe the only one. I'd eventually provide some earplugs. The room has no cleaning service during the stay, we had to ask for a bigger trashcan (we had just a 3l little can in the bathroom) or a quick tidying up which was promptly provided by the owner. Giuseppe, very charmingly, offered the service exceptionally for free..

The suite was amazing: all new, spacious, bathroom was great. We had a big balcony too, which gave a nice view of the street down. The location is perfect too, right around the corner of one of the big squares. We stayed for 1 night.

The suite was fantastic, but make sure you stick to the check in time. We needed to pay an additional €30,- because we wanted tot check in after 16:00hr. And checking out at 10:00hr was a bit too early for us. Also, for breakfast you receive a €5,- voucher for a cafe around the corner, but this doesn’t cover a basic breakfast (water, coffee, small cake).

Great location. Also, self check in process was super smooth, and we also received some great recommendations about the surroundings.

Excellent location, right next to the party street. No parking available though it was written in the posting. Clean and nice bathroom.

We were in a very small room which was not very comfortable.

Great place, great staff, quiet and well furnished room.

The breakfast wasn't inside the hotel but outside in a crowded bar, and only with a ticket of 5 euros per person, which is not enough to have a decent breakfast in this bar.

Breakfast at local bakery is extraordinary!
