The rooms were large and quite quirky , position was great for the old town, they also had space for us to park our car in the courtyard. I believe You cannot reserve the parking before you arrive and it is on a first come first served basis. Breakfast was very novel it came in a basket hung on your room door, all the croissant and cake were fresh and still warm. Breakfast is taken in your room or outside in the garden if you wish. Table ,chairs , tea, and coffee all supplied in your room, really quirky and nice. By the way Lecce is great 😊

As I said the rooms were large, but the shower room is very small, especially the shower itself, smallest shower I have seen. Water pressure on the shower is good though. Not a game changer but it was the only thing I could think of that was wrong with our room.

Loved the room (deluxe suite) which was extremely large and very quiet. Loved the vaulted ceilings, the comfortable bed and attention to detail throughout. Breakfast was amazing - warm pastries in a wicker basket arrived each morning to add to the yoghurt, cereal, juice and the Nespresso machine coffee. There is an outside area (the Orangerie) where you can sit under the umbrellas/orange trees. Location was very good - just outside the city walls - 3 minute walk to the gate. Many restaurants in the near vicinity to choose from. Try the Apperitivo at Cafe Alvino in Piazza Sant'Oronzo - you won't need dinner after that! Secure off street parking was available. The hosts were lovely people who were very helpful.

A dreamy courtyard garden with orange trees and roses. Beautifully decorated rooms with all the comforts you could possibly wish for. Location was perfect as it’s just a few minutes walk to the centre of town. The thing we loved the best was the basket of fresh pastries delivered to the door every morning and the lovely hosts Luisa and Arturo who made us feel so welcome. Stayed 2 nights but did not want to leave!

What amazing value! A lovely room with kitchenette where we could have espresso coffee each morning. The apartment was in a villa with a beautiful orange tree Grove. There were loads of little spaces for guests. It was quiet and the basket of breakfast treats each day was very generous! Best of all, it is a super quick and easy walk to Centro storico for all your baroque churches and great hard and restaurants. The hosts were just great!

We were grateful for the kitchenette. It's a little tired but very functional!

Excellent location, right in the city center, and super owners. The rooms are very comfortable, very clean and fitted with all facilities needed. There is a very nice court garden, with a lot of shadow, where you can have a drink at any moment. Another big advantage is the parking inside the location, free of charge. I strongly recommend!

such a perfect location for exploring lecce, particularly the old town. we took day trips to seaside towns Otranto and Gallipoli via nearby train station. the garden was the highlight of our stay - it is absolutely beautiful and lovely to pass the time in with 3 cute cats. the staff were so kind and made us feel so comfortable! fresh pastries delivered to our door every morning was amazing and fresh milk, water and juice in the fridge every day.

The apartment was simply stunning! Living for some time in this palace was a great experience. The hosts were all welcoming and the fresh bakery made by the hosts mum for breakfast was super delicious. The green courtyard was great for resting and playing board games with our daughter. Also the location couldn’t be better. Restaurants and stores are just next doors. Also the gate to the old town.

Bathroom would deserve some upgrades, however was still OK. What we missed was a kitchenette. My wife is on gluten free diet and it’s quite difficult to eat outside in Italy. Therefore we love fruits and big vegetable salads and there was no comfortable space to prepare these. The kitchenette is in the smaller apartment and there’s connecting door. If we would go next time, we would book both apartments together.

The owner and her mother were delightful and very helpful. They spoke English. The garden is lovely, and having a little terrace outside our apartment was superb. The location, just outside the old city, is perfect, with an excellent restaurant opposite and another one a few minutes away. It was walking distance from the station. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. Breakfast consisting of brioche and cake was brought every day, with yogurt and juice left in the fridge.

The hot water ran out our first morning but the owner sorted it for our second morning. Would prefer a shower screen to a shower curtain.

Fantastic courtyard. Room was a good size and the kitchen was a bonus. Breakfast was great!! Wonderful warm pastries served to our door. Luisa and Arturo were so helpful, especially when we needed information from Ryan airline. They let us check in early and arranged for a taxi for us to go to the train station. Defiantly will stay here next time we are in Lecce.

wonderful, large room, with very unique, distinctive character in a great building, with imposing courtyard and lovely outside garden. The breakfasts were a delight. The reception couldn't have been more helpful , courteous and friendly,.

arrival on the first day a bit confusing, but this was entirely due to our coming earlier than agreed. the busy road outside maybe a bit daunting, but location good for the town, station, castle and so on. everything else exceptional.
