Location was excellent - over the road from the beach and area of nice restaurants and bars just around the corner. Room and bathroom were super clean and although the room was quite small, the large balcony overlooking the promenade made up for it. The buffet breakfast was good. Everything was fresh and there was a good variety of food. Staff were helpful and professional. I arranged a shuttle from and to the airport through them and it was excellent.

The only thing which could be added is a kettle or coffee maker in the room.

The front desk staff could not have been nicer to us when we arrived at 8:30am after our overnight flight from the US. We were invited to have breakfast first (which was very good) and our room was ready by 10:30am. We were exhausted. They also arranged airport shuttle service and car service when we needed to get to FCO before their shuttle schedule started. The room was very comfortable. We had a great view of the beach and sea. The location is perfect for FCO and the beach. We will be staying here for our return trip.

The room itself might have been bigger, but the room included a balcony of suitable size. By combining room and balcony we managed fairly well. The hotel's location is superb. From the room and the balcony there's an unlimited view to the waterfront and the Mediterranean. The beach is less than 100 meters away across the street.

The dates of our stay (late September) were perhaps a little late as summer was about to change into autumn while we were there. Some of the evening hours that we could have spent on the charming balcony, were too cold or too wet. That is of course our own fault. The view however, was just as exciting in all weather conditions!

they changed the towels everyday and they made our bed every single day. amazing :)

We did not expect much from this place and booked a night here to visit Ostia Antica. The reception staff exceeded our expectations. The place was old but clean. The bathroom was in a really good shape, no sluggish drain or hot water issues. The hotel was a bit far from the Ostia Central station but close to the bus stop for the airport bus. Next door is the Osteria Tascanelli bar where we had the best Aperol Spritz we've tried in this trip made with passion fruit. Overall, we felt like we got what we had paid for.

A McDonald's occupies the first floor of this property. They don't believe in window screens here and we were eaten alive by mosquitoes even in October. The hotel offered breakfast but it wasn't any good (we didn't expect it to be given the hotel price). The fridge turned out to be broken and all our fancy cold cuts that we had bought the night before in a gourmet store had to be thrown away in the morning.

I selected the hotel because of its location to the airport for my flight, and wound up loving the location that is right on the beach, with great restaurants on the broadwalk. Staff provided assistance concerning the best way to get to the hotel and was very welcoming., The room was very nice with everything that one needed, and provided a breakfast, and arranged my shuttle to the airport when I arrived. Would definitely return, was a wonderful choice.

The best possible location as it is the hotel by far the closest to the beach and the pier and the statue of Neptune. The hotel is run by the 4th generation of owners, represented by excellent, kind and English and French-speaking staff. They advised us where the best restaurants are and how to get from A to B. High-quality breakfasts (the best-quality meats, cheeses, coffee, pizza and sweet options), a nice and helpful waitress. We usually don't eat sweet breakfasts, but at the urging of a helpful waitress, we tried a delicious tart. We got a room with a sea view and a balcony - live not to die. It is worth taking advantage of the offer of the beach opposite - through the hotel you get a discount on sunbeds and umbrellas.

We only have comments about the size of the bathroom (it's hard to disassemble the cosmetics) and the soundproofing of the door - you could hear every sound from the corridor. Air conditioning, when set to full speed, made a noise similar to the resonance of a heavy truck passing by. It probably can be fixed.

The other reviews regarding the Front of Desk Staff were not wrong, they were very polite & super helpful. Special mention to Hector who helped me when I called on the phone to make enquires about my reservation. The hotel is literally across the road from the beach & lots of restaurants to choose from.... perfect ! Hotel easy to find as it is above the Mc Donalds & an easy walk to the train station.

We needed a hotel near the Rome airport and stayed here twice. Staff was very helpful to arrange shuttle service both ways. Plus the front desk evening guy made a restaurant recommendation which was very good. The rooms were clean and well decorated. We liked our balcony with the sea view. Breakfast was great and the server helped us take a few things when we had to rush off for the shuttle.

Excellent location, in the middle of Ostia beach front and just 10 minutes walk from the regional train station. The staff was friendly and professional and they answered quickly all the questions I emailed before arrival. Clean and comfortable.

The only suggestion is to have a coffee vending machine 24/7, that is minor as there are several coffee shops nearby
