The staff are kind and attentive. The security system is well organised, beside the reception, there are enough free lockers to use for valuable belongings. The rooms and beds are so big and comfortable with the private bathroom, plus charging points. Wifi works all the parts of the building. There are nice bar inside, guests can sit and make friends with other travellers They clean the rooms everyday. From my room, I could easily see the sea. The area is so central and transportation is well established. There are free parking place just in front of the hostel.

Clean room, white clean sheets, very comfortable mattress, close to the beach, easy to get to Rome (google maps make a route with buses to get to Rome, do not believe google, use the train station Lido central, trains to Rome depart approximately every 15 minutes and it is 30 minute ride to the center of Rome). I also liked a lot that owners make the improvement based on the biggest complains. Now WIFI has very nice speed and stability. I had 4 hours calls by skype and I can not complain about the connection. The other main complain from the reviews that I read was moskitoes. There were tablets from moskitoes provided, if you refresh them on time, moskitoes will not be problem.
It is not the problem of the hostel, it is a problem of all hostels: it is noisy. People come to room at night, some wake up at 6 and wake you up with the alarm, some use bathroom at night (door to bathroom closes with a very harsh noise, so I walked up every time somebody used the bathroom). So if you sleep is gentle, do not use hostels. Also be aware that they do not prepare breakfast. But there is a microwave and fridge which you can use.

An interesting bullying. German soldiers stayed in the buildings from 1943 to 1950. Later it was used for poor Italien families. It looks alike a huge hostel in Spain. One l have stayed on. Where that luxury doesn't count. It would cost one year of Romes budget to fix it. And make a five star hotel. It is huge. Italys people is poor. Nice people. I am poor too. But not that poor. Pizza. Italian food is good when it has not been cooked by Italiens. But they are a lot more healthy. We ad more cheese, oil, meat etc. Italy. I have been to Italy many times. 20 times. So it can't be that bad? But the hostel. 7 is to low. 8 is too much. But the staff was friendly. An experience. I liked the experience.

I was impressed by how clean the room was. I loved the fact that floors and bathrooms were cleaned every single day with water and soup and the bathroom carpet changed daily as well. The staff in very friendly and helpful, I felt at home there. Special thanks to David who was an amazing host during my stay and did everything to accommodate my requests, HE IS THE BEST! the hostel is right in from of the beach so its also perfect to have a walk along the coast and relax! I was also able to do laundry here which was very convenient. I also liked the fact that the rooms are very spacious so you have plenty of space between beds and to lay down your things, get changed, etc. There is also a kitchen where you could make yourself a quick meal or sit and work/study and there were people at the reception 24/7 which made me feel really safe and it was convenient for late check in!
honestly juts the fact that I could not stay longer. Good value for money!

This is probably the nicest hostel I have ever stayed in. Rooms are massive and there was only 3 other guys in my dorm. The hostel is a 1 minute walk yo the beach so I swam in the sea for 1 hour upon arrival. To get from Rome Fiumicino Airport to this hostel is very cheap and easy. In the front of terminal 3 there is a small take away only cafe/bar selling the bus tickets there. Nowhere does it say it is selling bus tickets. You just have to ask for ticket to Lido de Ostia or just say Ostia. The cost of ticket one way is 1 euro and 30 cents. Then you walk 150 metres to the front of Terminal 1 until you see a small blue bus stop saying 'Cotral'. The bus you need yo take will be blue colour and will say Cotral on it. It's maybe a 20 min ride. You get off at the very last stop at the Ostia bus/train station. The hostel is a 12 minute walk from here.
Everything exceeded my expectations

Perfect! Great location, value, verry welcoming stay! Very friendly administrator!!! Recomended where to grab a late night dinner! Ewerything was amazing! Felt very welcomed at hostel by employee! Thank you!!!
Hostel is great! Booked a room in 4 bed woman room. 2 girls who checked in before me has locked room from inside. They was not expecting someone else to come at evening. Did not felt very welcoming but is is a hostel, shared room and not a hotel! Took a shower and left after few hours! First time at hostel. Not to bad but could been better. Otherwise hostel it self very colorful, cosy and has a great employee!!!

It was a short weekend, but I don't regret staying here at all. 25€ for a night on the beach is a super nice price and even exceeds expectations. The room is clean, bed linen and towels are also clean without any extra smell. all administrators are extremely quick to contact and help. Convenient location - bus, subway, and the main sea, where you can spend the whole night on the beach. there was always air conditioning in the room, it was not hot to sleep. Administrators will help you with everything, just ask.
who wants to find a minus, he will find it in a 5* hotel. There are no downsides for €25 at all. The price of a taxi is a bit high at €35, but it does not depend on the hotel.

The staff here is super friendly and helpful! They helped me figure out public transport and allowed me to store my bags the day i left so i could go to the beach for a bit. And they allowed me to take a shower in the staff's bathroom after i got back and did not have access to my room anymore, which was really kind. They were happily available for any questions. I think i spoke the owner, he was very friendly and we had a nice chat about the future plans for the hostel, would definitely come back here if i ever return to the area.

This place feels like home. Very nice people, friendly, nice atmosphere. I was staying in Rome 4* hotel, but it was not that good experience as here. Totally recommended 👍 and I’m surprised that people who are going in to this 1* hostel expect to have a big luxury 😄 it’s not, but it’s very cozy and fantastic location, also loved to make food by myself with other girls of my room. Thank you Litus, it was a pleasure 🤍
