Nice little hotel. Excellent location right at the waterfront very close to the Pontile di Ostia as well as the restaurant district. Less than half an hour drive from Fiumicino airport. Friendly staff and quite nice breakfast!

Those of you who appreciate the standardized quality of chain hotels - forget this one... This is a typical small private hotel, no fancy interiors, but still a nice place to stay. Ping pong is a crazy name, but this is definitely not a Chinese teahouse :)

- very friendly, hospitable, helpful staff - clean apartment with sea view - tasty, typical Italian breakfast - very close to the beach - great location to rest after exploring Rome and to visit Ostia Antica - 10 min. of walking distance to the train station Lido Centro (you can get to the center of Rome), in front of the station there is a bus stop Cotral (you can get to the Fiumicino Airport) - close to cafes and restaurants

- the hotel needs a little refresh but it's not a big problem

Everything was perfect right from walking in the door. The staff is exceptional and very helpful. The location is amazing. I didn't get a water view, but I love the clean view I had. It feels very Italian to me, which is what I'm here for. I love that they have a 24hr reception and you leave your key with them when you step out. I didn't have to stress about losing it. Breakfast outside with yogurt and a great cup of espresso, really set my day off well. I wish I could have extended my stay.

I couldn't extend my stay :( The name of the hotel haha To be picky, the wifi was weak on the 4th floor, but just meant I had to use it in the friendly common areas.

Nice location by the beach and sea view from the balcony. Good breakfast at the hotel and amazing restaurants and cafe nearby. Very easy to get to the airport and Rome at cheap cost 1.5 euro on train and tube! Same price for the bus to/from airport.

I had a very nice stay. Almost all reception staff was kind and helpful, especially the young lady at my check-in time and the gentleman from Night Shift at my check out day. Grazie mile for a beautiful view from room! I really appreciated!

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. The décor is a bit old however everything still functions properly and kept very clean. The housekeeping staff do their utmost to keep the rooms spotless. Breakfast is basic, however the croissants are huge and fresh every day. The lady at the bar is exquisite and also remembers your choice of coffee. The kettle in the room was a big plus.

For the 3 star level, it is quite satisfactory. Maybe a mini fridge in the room would do better.

Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Balcony with seaview was perfect. Airco was simple, but very quiet and sufficient. In respect to the central location of the hotel, the discount for the beach club on the other side of the road and cleanliness it was certainly value for money

The shower was good, but the cabin was very, very narrow (60x60cm).

I arrived late at night because my flight was delayed. I was met by a nice and polite hotel staff member. The staff is generally very friendly, always ready to help! The hotel location is very good, on the first line, so sea and restaurant are close! The room is small but clean, cozy and has everything you need. The breakfast was small but delicious, especially the coffee.

The lady that serves breakfast is the best human being ever. So sweet and friendly. They offer to keep my suitcases since check out is 11am

The fact you have to check out at 11 am. It's really early for me since getting back late to the hôtel I don't wanna have to wake up early and rush.
