Staff was very kind and nice. Whole atmosphere of the hotel was great and breakfast quite tasty. Had a room with view and even though there's is main road between the hotel and beach there were no noice from the road.

The double bed is just two single beds joint together, not best thing if you want to cuddle with your partner during night. There is a bit of walk to get to beach, even though it's right across the street since you need to get to entry point.

We had a fantastic stay, everything was perfect. Great breakfast, great room with a great seaside view. Very well located (5 min walking distance from the public beach). 10-15 min walking distance from the train station and from there maremetro takes you in 30 minutes to Rome city centre..

The location is very far from central Rome but it’s so beautiful as it is right in front of the water.

There were cockroaches in the room. Not so clean.

Although the decor was outdated and possibly in need of re doing, we loved this place. The room was a great size with a table and chairs and lots of space to spread out in comfort. It was very clean and our room had a large terrace too. Situated opposite the beach with lots of bars, restaurants and shops close by. There was a safety box, mini fridge, and kettle in the room although only one earthed socket for that kettle so we had to unplug the TV to boil it. There were several other sockets for charging phones etc. Nice garden terrace outside and a varied buffet breakfast which was good.

As stated previously the earthed socket as necessary for the kettle was in an awkward position. At breakfast there was an "egg boiling" machine and if you didn't watch over it then others who didn't realise, would take the eggs that you were boiling, we saw this a few times. Also if you wanted coffee you needed to ask the staff and sometimes it took a while and you felt a little invisible.

The staff, extremely friendly and fast with providing their service. They have these lounge areas in front, inside, and in the back of the hotel which serves as this sort of garden where you can have a drink. They also give you a free dinner and drink on the 1st night of your stay, which is really nice of them. Their chef is amazing and I would’ve gladly payed for dinner at the hotel every night. I had this room with a sea view and a balcony. While the room wasn’t that big, it had more than enough space for one person and it gave me this sense of coziness. Additionally it was beautifully decorated with an old suitcase, a typewriter and on the walls there were all sorts of cute drawings. The balcony size was pretty big, again considering that it was only for one person. The view, man-alive, you can see the Mediteranean sea and you’re just one crosswalk away from the beach. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and I don’t iust say this lightly.

There was an issue with the AC. I usually prefer to turn off the AC while I’m sleeping and while I tried to do that, there was this sound coming out of it, which wasn’t there while it was on. Also, the mattress was good, but it could’ve been better.

I was pleasantly upgraded to a double room with a sea view for 7 nights and was able to check in at 12pm when my room was ready. This was a blessing because I had arrived very early. I only made it for breakfast about 2 times but it was pleasant both times. I only really had a yogurt and fruit, although there were lots of choices. Only complaint is that my cappucino was always served cold and I always had to ask for one. I was offered a complimentary dinner on several occasions and the pasta was delicious. My waiter in particular, Allesio, was amazing, kind and always professional and he made the best Aperol Spritz and Campari Spritz that I have had in Italy. The receptionists at the front desk, particularly Massimiliano and Allesandra, were so sweet to me and always accommodating to my needs. Thanks to Valeria for upgrading me for the 7 nights. Room was nice and spacious (especially for all my bags) and I loved the huge terrace with the most beautiful sea views.

The cleaning service could definitely improve. Sabina, the cleaning lady spent only 2 minutes cleaning my room, not cleaning the toilet, basin or shower, which was unacceptable. I addressed this a few times and the day before I left, my room was the cleanest it had ever been. The balcony did not get swept for the two weeks I was there. Luckily it did not rain and was not windy, so it stayed clean.

I wanted a hotel not too far from the airport - I didn't fancy taking my luggage into central Rome - and did want to be close to the sea. This hotel is right across the road from the sea in Lido di Ostia - the beach is nice and sandy, with mostly Italian holidaymakers. I enjoyed the sun and a lovely swim a couple of times, much nicer than staying next to the airport! The Sirenetta is simple, and the reception looks rather old-fashioned, but charming. My room was fairly basic, but quite large and very clean, with a comfy double bed, and modern bathroom. There's a pleasant patio at the back, with tables in the shade. The staff were extremely friendly, both at Reception (especially Leo) and the breakfast staff. I was able to leave my bags on arrival, and get a late checkout the last day (paid). The reception people advised me on places to eat and transport into central Rome - there's a local train you can take. Breakfast was good, and quite varied for the type of hotel. You could boil your own eggs, get fresh espresso or other types of coffee made to order, and have Italian pastries, as well as fruit juice, yoghurt and so on.

I didn't get a sea view from my room - it was on the side. The front of the hotel looks a little run-down, though they are doing some renovations.

Staff whereI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The complimentary dinner and breakfast were delicious, making my dining experience a real treat. The water views from the room were breathtaking, and the surrounding area was vibrant and filled with fun activities. Plus, the hotel's proximity to everything made exploring the area a breeze. Good air con as well kept me cool in summer. Also cute Italian beach decor.

The room, although a bit dated, was comfortable and cozy. While the toilet's position was a bit awkward, the tiny shower was functional. Room was also a bit on the small side.

This was a good choice for our layover, only 30mins from the airport. It was very welcoming and the staff were helpful with information on the local area. The balcony was a lovely surprise, with a sea view no less! Breakfast was varied and something for everyone, very filling. The location right on the beach is great, right across the road with several shops and cafes near by. Easy to find from the bus station, which takes you direct to Fuimicino airport. I would definitely stay again.

It is a little dated but I believe it's in keeping with the style. Only 1 plug extension so I had to plug in the fridge and move the kettle to the bedside plug. 1 bedside lamp was too bright, so couldn't be used in the night.
