The beach package - Beach towels supplied and beds reserved for the duration of our stay and literally across the road ! Breakfast - a great selection of foods and teas and coffees on offer. Bedrooms - Offered welcome respite after a day in the sun due to Air conditioning and daily cleaning by the wonderful chambermaids. The Staff - Professional, Pleasant ,Polite and genuinely interested in helping their guests enjoy a perfect holiday experience. A special mention for Antonio and Romina.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel is in a perfect location in Maiori beside the beach and the beach access and loungers and umbrella included in our package was brilliant. Breakfast was excellent also, with a good choice. We did not have dinner there (was booked out mostly with half board residents) but did have lunch one day and it was excellent. The pool is very long and never too busy and good chance for shade there also with the chairs and umbrellas included. Lovely hotel and staff!

The ONE issue we had was the air conditioning. We could not get cool in the room. I know it was very warm when we were there at 35 plus degrees for some days but the bedroom never really cooled down and it was uncomfortable sleeping. The AC was also turned off each morning about 7:30 or 8am and each morning we went down and were told it is turned off every morning while the cleaners do their rounds and will be back on about 10am, by order of the management. They did turn it back on each time we went down (or shortly thereafter if we had to make a follow up call) but it was uncomfortable without it (and even with it).

great location, secure parking, very good breakfast, nice pool, our room at the front had great views, very quite, good aircon.

the beach package would have been great except it seems that unless we heavily tipped the beach chair man we were given the worst chairs under the shack. we also saw fellow guests given chairs next to the bins . on all our occasions of visiting the beach we asked if we could have one of the empty chairs in a better location and were told no. there were multiple empty chairs all day long! if you pay for a beach package you do not expect that.

We loved the fabulous swimming pool and our balcony with a view of the ocean. Our room included beach club chairs and umbrella. The bus stop just across also the road and only a 5min walk to ferries. Lovely main square with good restaurants. The hotel itself is an older style but we enjoyed our 3 day stay. Tip, if visiting in the summer catch the bus as it has air con! The ferries are so busy and hot!

The air con and fridge wasn’t working well at first but quickly fixed.

Amazing hotel in a lovely town, we really enjoyed our stay here, the facilities were great. We loved the breakfast in the morning, with lots of options, the pool was very relaxing and we were relieved it was quiet with few children. The beach was also great and really enjoyed our beach day. The cocktails of the day were also a great touch to the bar and we enjoyed trying them. We went for food and drinks at the local places recommended which were great, and the location was great for getting the bus or ferry to near by towns. After visiting Positano we were very pleased to be in Maiori! It’s much quieter, much cheaper, much more relaxing and just as beautiful. The staff were alway very nice and helpful

Nothing big, but fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice, the mini fridge didn’t really keep anything cool and the air con was centrally controlled and it would have been nice to have it a bit higher. The bar also closed at 11am, which seemed very early to us

this hotel was great for us in Maiori. the hotel is right on the beach and beside the main bus stop. we got a room with beach access included and therefore spent everyday on our hotel loungers down at the beach. the hotel had great breakfast buffet and bar at night. the room was a standard hotel room but had a fabulous spacious bathroom. there was also a decent size balcony. the staff were very helpful at reception. in maiori you can get bus to amalfi right outside hotel with costs less than 2€ and brings you to amalfi in 20mins. it is the first stop so you will always get room. there is also a small ferry from maiori port which brings you to neighbouring towns. rooms were cleaned everyday. only negative is the aircone wasnt working for our stay and it was extremly hot!

the aircon was broken for our stay. walls are quite thin.

Great location, close to everything! Very cozy small town with the best beach on all Amalfi coast. Only Italians in hospitality business, what is a huge advantage compare to Rome!

Would've been good if Concierge knew more about local restaurants, sea trips, currency exchange spots, rentals etc.

I liked everything, the room was clean and big, included all needed amenities. Cleaning was done every morning. The breakfast could be better but it was anyways better than in other average hotels in Italy. Location was perfect, very near to beach but still in room was silent. Also hotel included own beach club which was very nice.

The staff were all very friendly & helpful, could never do enough for you, whether that was checking the airport pickup (not arranged through them) had arrived, to bringing your drinks over from the bar with snacks, to welcoming you for breakfast.

There was some building work going on around the property, & if at the pool this was heard very clearly as was the road noise, & this was not a busy road generally.

very good location on the coast, barely away from ferry and bus stop. also near the shopping street. A perfect location to relax after long trips to Amalfi or Positano. usually there is an apprehension about coming to Maiori from Amalfi. we were pleasantly surprised it is more calmer & friendly

vintage property nothing to dislike except maybe some traveller may not appreciate the analogue nature of all Equipments. I much appreciated going back into time a bit. event the room heater & lifts were semi manual.
