Amazing location in the center of the city. So polite and kind stuff and my higly reccomendation to take a breakfast. It is not traditional Italy breakfast. It was amazing with fruts, nuts, eggs, cheese and ham, coffee and fresh bakery. Really my reccomendation to stay in this place. Thanks great for all.

Location was brilliant, we were attending a wedding at Malcesine Castle and this hotel was only a short walk away from both the castle and lake itself. Room was basic but comfortable and just what we needed for our long weekend away. Hairdryer, wardrobe, air conditioning and toiletries were a bonus! Our room overlooked the lively square which had a great selection of food and drink options for dining out. Location may be a little noisy for some guests but not an issue for us, rooms have shutters which eliminate noise if needed. Staff at the hotel were so friendly and did a great breakfast - eggs, ham and cheese available to order as well as the continental buffet selection on offer. Thank you for a great stay!

Friendly staff, great communication (flight issues meant we arrived a day late and staff were quick to reply on the messages when I was worried about this), really good location and overall fantastic value for money! Windows were very soundproof too which was a key thing when around so many bars.

The hotel looked kind of new or freshly renovated, so everything looked nice and clean. Had a room with a view to small plaza with restaurants, looked cozy and very charming. Parking was a huge advantage.

Parking ticket receiving and giving back system is very troubling and bothering. Breakfast could be more abundant.

Location at the very heart of Malcesine, in side a narrow street. Everything in walking distance (castle, beach, funicular, supermarket, restaurants). View from the bathroom window is great: Overlooking opposite coast of the lake (see pic attached).

Narrow and quite steep stairs. Our room window was overlooking terraces of restaurants, which were busy (=noisy) until 1-2 am.

Location is great! Beds are comfortable and everything was very clean, unfortunately because of low season there was no breakfast buffet as shown in the pictures

it was quite loud in the mornings, the windows are not really sound proof so we woke up by the noise of the people in the street a lot and also people in the hotel passing our door as it was a very thin door no hair dryer or other equipment like flat iron or anything

Clean, neat hotel and room, right in the centre of Malcesine. Could literally take a step from the neighbouring bar and through the door. Malcesine a lovely town with plenty of outdoor activity, which we enjoy.

I know it's not essential, but WiFi was poor. Manager said its normally OK but neither my wife's or my devices could connect at first and then signal was intermittent. We needed it to book further travel.

Excellent location with parking close by. Short walk to the castle and harbour. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Room was clean and turned down daily.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room but water and a small fridge was provided.

The location of the hotel is perfect, it's located right in the middle of the town, not far away from the main car park. It is rather small and more private which makes it very comfy. It hast 3 floors (w/o an elevator!) and I guess on each floor there are 3-4 rooms. The staff was super friendly and supportive (carrying luggage, etc.). We had a room in the 3rd floor with a great view on one of the piazzas. Thanks to new windows it was not noisy at all as long as we kept them closed. The room was rather small but super modern and clean and w/ A/C which we highly appreciated w/ the warm weather. The breakfast was just amazing, I did not expect it to be that good. Fresh coffee/cappuccino and a huge variety of food (pancakes, waffles, eggs, fruits, etc/) served by the staff directly which we liked much better than queuing for the buffet. Check in and check out was super easy. Outside parking is also included, a bit further away but more private which made it feel more safe. I can definitely recommend this hotel if you want to have a high quality stay in the middle of Malcesine for an - in my opinion - very very good price, I will definitely come again when I'm visiting Lake Garda next time.

The car park is a bit further (uphill) away and since the Hotel is so central check in and check out is a bit more challenging w/ bringing the luggage to the hotel/car, but there are special "short stay" parking slots for loading next to the main car park which we used and it worked perfectly fine. Also the hotel has no elevator and a rather narrow stairwell but that is just how it is, nothing that can be easily fixed due to the location and for me it has absolutely no impact on the quality of the hotel.

Location in the centre of the old town was fantastic with many bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The cable car and boat jetty just minutes walk away. The staff were great and served a lovely breakfast every day.

The on suite in our room was a bit small but not a big problem.
