The location was close to everything with easy access. The breakfast was exceptional, including self-service cappuccino. We ate on the piazza every day --- it was lovely first thing in the morning. Our room was modern (we prefer more traditional Italian decor) but it was clean and our view of the lake and red rooftops was fabulous on the 4th floor. The bathroom was clean and well laid out, as was the room. There was a comfy chair for sitting and a desk for a computer and our things. There are many things to do in the area even without a car. The hotel had many amenities from early to late to help us relax in between our explorations during our four days there. We really enjoyed the ferry to Limone and Rivas, plus all of the hiking and walking, swimming, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, courteous, and interested. We will be back!

It was difficult to figure out how to drive close to the hotel with our luggage and park the car at first... the town is very busy with traffic and tourists, and that made it a bit intimidating on arrival. Once we got to the hotel front desk, they made things very easy for us, including parking the car. After the initial shock of the very busy location, we came to really enjoy the hotel's location.

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, great location & rooms/hotel were very clean & comfortable. Rooftop bar is also amazing with unreal views.

Be careful with parking as we arrived very late (1am) & parked at the opposite car park which we did advise staff of. We weren’t told that there was a free car park further away & our car ended up being towed by the Italian police for a market on the Saturday morning! Very stressful trying to get it back & it cost us 200€ in fines but the staff on the day were extremely helpful assisting us in getting it back.

In the city centre, next to everything. Free parking, a bit longer away from the hotel, that the reception claiming 🙂 Expect 15 minutes walking and 11 minutes running,, but nice space for your car. The hotel restaurant/cafe served nice food, and with a discount for the hotel guest

The breakfast room needs to be reorganised, especially the location of the coffeemaker and orange juice in the same small corne clearly stressed some people, but no fighting, so fare😁

in a perfect location for touristing in the Malcesine old town, an easy walk to the harbor for boat rides, the mount baldo funicula and the castle. Our room was compact but had a desk and a mini frig, a very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. The included breakfast was a varied and generous buffet. They parked our car off-site for us, free.

We didn't use the balcony because the weather was so hot, we enjoyed the air-conditioning. i suggest eating in one of the several waterfront restaurants instead of having dinner at the hotel since their kitchen is slow and their food -- except for pizza -- is most unremarkable. The rooftop terrace is very small.

Nice big rooms, right in the middle of the town. Friendly and efficient staff, clean rooms, which have a balcony overlooking the town, and mountains in the distance.

The hotel parking they speak of is just street parking. This in itself wasn't a problem, but it would make it easier if they tell you upfront so that you can park and then come to the hotel.

Absolutely everything! This hotel is a perfect place to stay at the lake. Very clean, close to the lake, the staff is kind and helped us to choose hiking paths. We had a balcony and it is the best thing to sit on it and sunbath a bit! The breakfast is also amazing, there are so many options, all delicious. We also had dinner at the hotel, the portions are huge and tasty!

Excellent location, very close to everything! Staff was super friendly and breakfast was great. The roof top restaurant is not to be missed - great food, awesome service and amazing views. Also really liked the nearby secure parking that the hotel offered. Stay here if you’re going to Malcesine!

our room (304) had a bath and would of liked a shower. did not know you had to ask reception to put air conditioning on. Can be a bit noisy at night, but to be expected if in the centre

Our room had a lovely view of the mountains, lake and rooftops The breakfast was super delicious with plenty of choices for everyone. The pistachio croissant was the best croissant I've ever eaten ! And I loved the jam cake too.

There was a low humming noise only on the top floor . But this didn't interrupt our sleep

The hotel is located in an amazing area. The breakfast was amazing in taste and options available. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and nice overall.

The room was a little a bit hot, but since it was winter opening the window was a quick fix. The parking is not so close the hotel.
