Very decent hotel for a one-night stop at the airport. Clean, well-designed. Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Staff were pleasant and helpful. A short distance from the airport (less than 10 minutes) - you need to book the shuttle in advance.

Very confusing information about the shuttle from the airport. We tried to book a shuttle by email but were told it was not possible at our arrival time of 9pm. As local taxis do not want to do this short trip it might be difficult to reach the hotel if you arrive in the evening. In the end we called the hotel from the airport and said we were stuck there and they then sent a shuttle straight away...we couldn't really understand why this was refused when we tried to pre-book.

The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed and was comfortable. There is a shopping center nearby, so it was convenient for me to do my last shopping before returning home. The pizzeria across the street from the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced, which was great. As a hotel to stay at when using the airport, it was enough. The breakfast croissants were freshly baked and very tasty. The hotel staff was polite and nice.

The area around the hotel is desolate and lonely with nothing but a shopping center.

Clean and spacious room, very friendly and attentive personal (at the desk, restaurant and airport-shuttle). There is a free shuttle to the next train station. Venezia and airport very easy reachable. Around the hotel there is a large choice of very good restaurant of all kind.

When I chose the room on the website of the hotel it was written that there was a shuttle to the airport and on the website where I factually booked was indicated that it was for free. In fact it costs 8€ per person per ride. I think this should be clearly explained on both websites (a standard family woukd pay 32€ more). Btw, if you have the intention to use this shuttle please inform yourself in advance by the hotel about the departure times (from and to the airport), there is 1 ride per hour at fixed times.

The front desk staff, particularly Debora, were fantastic. She helped me fix a problem with the room with a more satisfying solution than I’ve ever had from another hotel with a similar problem. She was good-natured and fun and informative. Ilaria and the overnight receptionist were also fantastic. Thanks for the frosty aircon Debora, youre the best!

There was no remote control for the TV which was odd and the deco is getting a little dated but very comfortable and exceptionally clean.

Breakfast was OK - nothing fancy, all the essentials there. Bedroom was spacious, clean and very functional. I am not a big fan of showers in baths but this wasn't too bad.

The satnav found it hard to get to for some reason but this isn't the hotel's fault. The value of the hotel was good. We rented a car so it was easy for us to get to the airport. If you're interested to know how much a taxi is from the hotel to Venice, as at June 2023 it was approximately 50 EUROS each way.

The hotel was clean and modern. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, Massimo in reception was exceptionally helpful and deserves a reward or recognition for his excellent service and professionalism. The hotel is close to the train station and a few choices of restaurants.

The breakfast was terrible, not worth the money so cancelled the booking. The scrambled eggs looked soggy and the beans were not normal baked beans but just some boiled bean of some sort.

Very good breakfast! The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped arrange 3:45 AM taxi ride to Marco Polo airport. Massimo at the front desk, gave exceptional customer service.

I wasn't to clear on payment. I thought the credit card would be charged a day or two before the reservation date, but the credit card was run as I checked out. I hoped I didn't get two charges. That may be my oversight. It may be well to also note that the price does not include a city tax for Venice.

Good overnight stay if you're heading to Venice aiport the next day-their shuttle is great and stress-free. There are several restaurants in an shopping outlet area beside the hotel including a Japanese restaurant a few steps away if you still want to enjoy your last evening but have no time to go to Venice city.

The rooms could be a bit more design with more of a Venice feel, but they were nice and comfortable.

Attractive, clean, very nice room.

We booked this hotel because it said it had shuttle service both to and from the hotel. I contacted the hotel to check on the shuttle service and told them what time our plane would be landing. I was told there would be a shuttle at the airport half an hour after our arrival. Our plane was late, and when we arrived at the airport, we had missed the shuttle. I called the hotel and was told that there would not be another shuttle for three hours. So, be aware that their shuttles do not run regularly.
